Welcome to a nine-game NBA Thursday slate. With Jrue Holiday missing his game, it was a clean sweep last night to continue a great season. I know I have hammered this point home already, so I don’t mean to sound like a broken record, but staying up to date on NBA injury news is a fantastic way to stay sharp in the NBA betting landscape. There are a fair amount of questionable tags tonight, so be extra aware of who’s in and who’s out.

Thursday’s Best NBA Player Prop Bets

Alex Caruso Under 17.5 Pts + Ast + Reb (-102 via FanDuel)
Projected around 14.5 for this combo prop, there is some serious value on the under here, as Caruso and the Bulls play at Memphis. The Grizzlies own a top-10 defense in the league and a middling pace of play. Caruso has seen his scoring come to a standstill recently, and he’s averaging under four rebounds per game this year. He’s probable with a left adductor strain, so he might also be limited in this game. Let’s dive in on Caruso’s under.
Aaron Gordon Over 8.5 Reb + Ast (+100 via BetMGM)
To grab this prop at even money is a spectacular gift from the betting gods. LeBron James and Anthony Davis (surprise!) are both questionable for tonight, so this prop very well can still rise before the later tip-off. Gordon has averaged over six boards and over three assists on the year. Denver ranks fourth in rebound percentage compared to the Lakers ranking 20th. In a significant pace-up spot, I expect Gordon to shoot past his averages.
Collin Sexton Under 25.5 Pts + Ast (-113 via FanDuel)
Rounding out the best prop bets for today, we have Sexton going under his points and assists as Utah takes on Phoenix. With a total of 243, it is quite tempting to take some overs here, but I’m deciding to zag a bit. Sexton may be capable of 20-plus point outings, but he also has shown to score in the single digits.
