Sunday’s Best NBA First Basket Player Prop Bets

(Odds courtesy of DraftKings Sportsbook)

Denver Nuggets @ Minnesota Timberwolves

This is another must-win game for the Nuggets, as they don’t want to go down 3-1. They now hold the momentum, as they controlled most of Game 3. They’ve been able to do well at gaining the first possession and have won each tip-off and the last two First Baskets.

We haven’t seen Nikola Jokic make a First Basket in this series, but he did lead the league with 18. We haven’t seen Jokic have his definitive triple-double performance in this series, but he will play a large part in another must-win.

Pick: Nikola Jokic (+380)

New York Knicks @ Indiana Pacers

This has been the most exciting NBA Playoffs series, as each game has been close. This is undoubtedly a defining game, as Indiana could tie it up, or New York could force an elimination game. The Knicks have been the better team and are gaining the first possession.

Who’s been taking the first shot? Jalen Brunson has been the best offensive player for the Knicks in the playoffs and already has a First Basket in this series.

Pick: Jalen Brunson (+400)
