Monday’s Best NBA Player Prop Bets

Odds courtesy of FanDuel Sportsbook | This Season: 56-71 (-18.22 units)

Tyler Herro Over 3.5 Three-Pointers Made (+124)

In Game 2, Herro shot 6-of-11 from three-point range, helping lead the Heat to victory. In Games 1 and 3, he went 3-of-9 from deep. With the Heat outmatched in every area against the Celtics, there is no reason to think that he, or any of his teammates, will stop shooting from beyond the arc as they try to keep pace.

What makes this line for Herro so enticing is the price. He’s gone under this total in two of his three games in this series. However, he’s already attempted 29 three-pointers, and as a 39.6% three-point shooter, averages say that nine or 10 attempts tonight should get him four makes.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander Over 27.5 Points (-112)

In Game 3, Gilgeous-Alexander scored 24 points, his lowest total of the series. He made just eight field goals despite attempting 20. With a chance to close out the series, expect the NBA’s third-leading scorer to attempt at least 20 field goals again, except this time he will make closer to his season average of 53.5%.

This line is set 2.5 points below Gilgeous-Alexander’s season average. He’s gone over this total twice in the three-game series, and when he missed the mark, he only missed by four points. The Pelicans haven’t been a great matchup for Gilgeous-Alexander this season, but this could get ugly early if the Thunder jump out to an early lead. In a lopsided game, Gilgeous-Alexander will dominate the Pelicans’ defense before sitting for the majority of the fourth quarter.

Nikola Jokic Over 13.5 Rebounds (-110)

Though Anthony Davis has more rebounds than Jokic in this series, it hasn’t prevented Jokic from also putting up great numbers when playing against Los Angeles. Jokic has pulled down at least 14 rebounds in three of the four games in this series. Even in Game 4, when the Lakers shot 52.2% from the field, Jokic still managed to pull down 14 rebounds.

Even if the Lakers shoot well and stave off elimination tonight, Jokic can still pull down more rebounds than his season average. With elevated minutes and a constant battle with Davis down low, look for Jokic to top this number for the fourth time in five games.
