Saturday's Best NBA Player Prop Bets
(Odds courtesy of FanDuel Sportsbook)
Jarrett Allen Over 10.5 Rebounds (+104)
This series could be an exciting one between the Magic and the Cavaliers. Both are very good defensively and have some offensive playmakers. The Cavs have an excellent backcourt, but we'll look at Jarrett Allen on the boards. It was a great season for him, averaging 16 points and 10 rebounds. He's recorded double-digit rebounds in three of his last four games versus the Magic. In the one game he didnât, he only played 15 minutes.
Kevin Durant Over 23.5 Points (-118)
Although this is the No. 3 seed vs. the No. 6 seed series, we could see an upset in this matchup. The Suns are coming into this series as the sixth seed, but they won all three games in the regular season series against the Timberwolves. Kevin Durant had a fantastic season as his 27.1 points per game was fifth in the league and he carried this team that dealt with injuries throughout the year. Although Minnesota is the No. 1 rated offense, Durant averaged 22.6 points per game against the T-Wolves, including a 31-point performance. That game came off two days rest, while the games he went under were one day. Plenty of rest time should have him ready.
Jalen Brunson Over 37.5 Points + Assists (-113)
This was the best season for the Knicks in a long time; it's the first 50-win season where they earned the two-seed since the 2012-13 season. Besides Julius Randle, who's done for the season, the team comes in healthy and hopes to have back-to-back years with a playoff series win this century. As long as they have Jalen Brunson, they have a chance as he's led this team the whole season and is their top scorer. He's especially come through against the 76ers, scoring 20+ points in all four games and recording 8+ assists in three.
Anthony Davis Under 37.5 Points + Rebounds (-113)
Do the Lakers have another magical run in them? Last season, they were also the seven-seed and made it to the conference finals. The team that ended their run they play in the first round, the current champion Denver Nuggets. If you count the sweep in the conference finals, the Lakers have lost eight straight to the Nuggets. For Anthony Davis, matching up against Nikola Jokic has been tough. He went under his season average in rebounds in all three games and points in two. Davis should have a great performance at some point in this series, but not tonight.
