Follow Damian Lillard and Giannis Antetokounmpo news closely because they still have a shot at playing. Meanwhile, Joel Embiid is playing with one leg in a thrilling series. Even though it's two games, follow injury news closely.
Letâs take a look at our top NBA player prop bet picks for tonightâs slate of playoff games. Unless specified otherwise, each bet will be a single unit.

Thursdayâs Best NBA Player Prop Bets
Letâs dive into our top NBA player prop bet picks for todayâs slate of games.
Last Time: 2-1 | Season: 135-104
Tobias Harris Over 21.5 Pts + Ast + Reb (-110 on BetMGM)
With the season on the line who else to trust than Tobias Harris, right? Listen, it's not a sexy pick. I understand that. But just like Philadelphia says, trust the process. Everyone will flock to Tyrese Maxey's props after his last outing or Joel Embiid as the established star. With that in mind, the value lies in some of the other role players who are expected to get just as much run as a starter. Harris is my pick of the litter. He's gone over this prop in 11 of his last 15 games and he's projected near 26 tonight. The Knicksâ playoff defense hasn't been up to standards compared to their seasonal averages. Harris averaged nearly 17 points a game this season with six boards and three assists. Even if he dips below his average it is well within reason he covers here.
Isaiah Hartenstein Over 1.5 Blocks (+160 on DraftKings)
This is more of a plus-EV value bet so tread lightly with the plus-odds. Still, I love it. Isaiah Hartenstein has gone three straight games with one or zero blocks. Not great. What is great is how much the prop has dipped. In his previous five games, he registered two or more blocks. Don't fall victim to recency bias. I expect him to get a bit more run in an elimination game and the 76ers might end up feeding Embiid in the post, giving Hartenstein plenty of opportunity to turn back a few looks. I trust the BettingPros Prop Bet Cheat Sheet with my life and the sheet gives this a 54% chance of hitting. Those are phenomenal odds and incredible value for +160.
Bobby Portis Jr. Under 24.5 Pts + Ast (-122 on DraftKings)
It is a little tough to truly judge Milwaukee props before any official news drops regarding Lillard and Antetokounmpo but I'm taking a stab at it. Even if neither plays, which it seems like the sportsbooks are pricing the Bucks players at, I still think this is fine. Of course, Portis will get more run without Antetokounmpo but this line is overinflated. He scored 29 in his last game across 39 minutes, but only 17 two games prior in nearly 44 minutes. He maybe adds an assist a game, so while I think his rebounding numbers will rightfully shoot up, his scoring should stay right around 20, making this a solid play.
