Oklahoma City Thunder @ New Orleans Pelicans

Josh Giddey just added eight rebounds against the Pelicans in Game 3. He also scored 21 points and tallied up six assists before exiting the game, thanks to a blowout. Giddey went from playing 20 minutes in the first game to 31 in the third game. With Oklahoma City having the opportunity to close out the series tonight, Giddey will likely get his 30+ minutes if he’s padding the box score as he did on Saturday.

Meanwhile, Chet Holmgren didn’t attempt many shots in Game 3, but he still nailed at least three threes in the first two games and figures to be a strong portion of the offense against the Pelicans. He’s even added nearly 16 points per game for the Thunder with almost nine rebounds. Holmgren has also attempted at least four threes in all three games.

Finally, Trey Murphy likely won’t get many breaks tonight. He’s played 44 minutes in two of the three games this series. However, Murphy hasn’t hit more than two threes in his last two games. While he’s attempted almost eight threes a night in this series, he’s only nailed 39.1% from downtown. His three-point attempts have also lessened each game. Finish out the parlay with his Under.

Los Angeles Lakers @ Denver Nuggets

LeBron James and the Lakers salvaged the series with a Game 4 victory. The Lakers have led for most of the series, but they haven’t been able to close it out. However, a win against the Nuggets tonight would change a whole lot.

That being said, it’s unlikely the Lakers will defeat the Nuggets on the road in Game 5. In their three series losses, James has added at least eight assists, and in two of them, he’s tallied at least nine. In losses, he’s more giving so let’s take his Over on assists to start the parlay.

On the other side, Kentavious Caldwell-Pope went 6-for-8 from the field against the Lakers in Game 3 to score 14 points. But he’s still averaging only 9.3 points in this series, including two lackluster games with five and six points. Game 3 was the only time he shot better than 36.4% from the field. That’s the outlier. We’ll take his Under.

Lastly, Aaron Gordon has been very inconsistent in this series. He’s had some games with 15 and 11 rebounds, and others with seven or fewer. Across the season, Gordon averaged 6.5 rebounds per game and he had initially averaged 6.7 rebounds against the Lakers in the regular season. Don’t expect him to continue to dominate the glass again in Game 5.
