NBA Playoffs Same Game Parlay Odds & Picks: Sunday (4/21)

A couple of yesterday’s games weren’t very competitive. Hopefully, today’s slate has more down-to-the-wire finishes.

I’ve added two same-game parlays for tonight with our new tool, the Same Game Parlay Builder. You can find instant insight with recommendations and grades for a particular leg in the parlay!

Saturday’s Best NBA Same Game Parlay Bets

(Odds courtesy of FanDuel Sportsbook)

Miami Heat @ Boston Celtics

Without Jimmy Butler, the Miami Heat have to rely on Tyler Herro to score points. Herro has already averaged nearly 23 points per game against the Celtics through three games. At TD Garden, he tallied 40 minutes and scored 28 points against the Celtics in the lone road game against Boston.

In the Play-In Tournament against the Bulls, Herro scored 24 points in 33 minutes after shooting 8-for-17 from the field. He narrowly missed a triple-double and played incredibly for the Bulls to get into the playoffs. We’ll rely on Herro to have a day.

Meanwhile, Herro’s points probably won’t come from Bam Adebayo. Adebayo only added four assists in 32 minutes against the Bulls and missed five or more assists in 65% of games this season. He’s also facing a Celtics defense that ranks third in the NBA in assists allowed to centers.

Finally, stay away from Jayson Tatum’s rebound prop. Tatum has only managed nine or more rebounds in 39% of games this season. He’s also hit this line in only three of his last ten games and is facing a Heat defense that has held forwards to a low amount of rebounds all year.

Parlay Odds: +444

New Orleans Pelicans @ Oklahoma City Thunder

Without Zion Williamson on the floor, Jonas Valanciunas played 27 minutes for the Pelicans on Friday against the Kings. In those 27 minutes, he scored 19 points and added 12 rebounds on 8-for-16 shooting from the field. Meanwhile, Oklahoma City is still below average against centers in terms of points per game.

I’m rolling with Chet Holmgren to haul in at least nine rebounds on the Oklahoma City side. He’s done this in four of his last five games heading into the playoffs and has averaged 11 rebounds per game in three matchups against the Pelicans this season. All signs point to his Over on rebounds.

Lastly, we’ll look at Josh Giddey’s rebound total. In three matchups against New Orleans, he’s also added 7.7 rebounds per game against the Pelicans this season. He’s nailed at least seven rebounds in 75% of games against the Pelicans since last season and is facing a Pelicans defense that ranks 24th in rebounds allowed to shooting guards.

Parlay Odds: +491
