Kings vs. Warriors
Through two preseason games, the Golden State Warriors are 2-0 after knocking off the Kings 122-112 earlier. Life without Klay Thompson isn't so bad after all! The Warriors will likely start Brandin Podziemski over Thompson this season and have Buddy Hield come off the bench. Hield ultimately showed he could win the Sixth Man of the Year Award off the bench after hitting 6-for-7 from downtown in 19 minutes against the Kings. DeAnthony Melton is another major contributor off the bench. The reality is the Warriors made sure to add lots of good shooters to the roster. On the other hand, having DeMar DeRozan will be really helpful for the Kings. He showed out in the 15 minutes against the Warriors, scoring 15 points in 15 minutes.
