NBA Same Game Parlay Odds, Picks & Predictions: Sunday (3/19)

The NBA has scheduled multiple games in the afternoon today. This doesn’t happen all of the time, so enjoy it, along with March Madness!

I’m eying a couple of games on this slate. I’m looking to bet on teams looking to make the postseason, and I’m looking to bet against teams looking to tank. It’s a simple strategy that will start to work itself out as the playoffs approach.

I’ve put together a couple of same-game parlays for today’s NBA slate. Let’s finish the weekend strong!

Miami Heat vs. Detroit Pistons

The Miami Heat are four games above .500, while the Detroit Pistons have just 16 wins all year.

It’s been Jimmy Butler leading the charge for the Heat. He’s scored at least 24 points in four of his last five games and in seven of his last ten games. He’ll go up against the Pistons today, ranked 29th in points allowed this season. Butler has earned 26 points per game in March.

On the other hand, Jaden Ivey has scored just 15.4 points per game this season. In March, he scored 16.2 points per game, but that was because of one game where he added 26 points. Ivey has only hit 17 points or more in one of his last five games and in 35% of his last 20 games.

He’s not someone I want to rely on, not against the Miami Heat defense. However, I still think he’ll be able to pass for five or more assists to his teammates. Ivey has earned five or more assists in four of his last five and six of his last ten games. And he’s not just putting up five assists. He’s had multiple games in March with more than ten assists.

Toronto Raptors vs. Milwaukee Bucks

Siakam just added 27 points with ten rebounds and six assists against Minnesota last night. He shot 50% from the field and took 22 shots in that game. He’s not scored 25 or more points in back-to-back games and seems to have turned the corner on the offensive end.

After all, Siakam is averaging 24.3 points per game. He just had a scoring drought to start in March. But he’s back on track. In March, he also added 7.6 rebounds per game. In the last three games, he’s had at least eight rebounds. Again, his play is turning the corner. He’s looked so much like himself over the last couple of games.

Finally, Giannis Antetokounmpo averages 5.5 assists per game this season. He’s only hit six assists or more in 42% of games this year. However, he’s going up against a Raptors squad that allows the 25th most assists per game this season. The Bucks aren’t the most lethal offense, but they’re hard to stop when Giannis is on his A-game.
