NBA Same Game Parlay Odds, Picks & Predictions: Sunday (10/23)

I know the NFL is on all day. But for you NBA junkies, we’ve put together a couple of same-game parlays for today’s NBA slate. Some intriguing games on the slate include the Phoenix Suns taking on the Los Angeles Clippers.

I don’t have a same-game parlay for that game, and I likely won’t have a same-game parlay for any Clippers game until John Wall and Kawhi Leonard get consistent playing time.

However, I do have a couple of other same-game parlays. Let us know if you’re tailing!

NBA Same Game Parlay Odds, Picks & Predictions

Portland Trail Blazers vs. Los Angeles Lakers

  • Leg 1: Damian Lillard 25+ Points (-158)
  • Leg 2: Anfernee Simons 20+ Points (+102)
  • Leg 3: LeBron James Over 8.5 Rebounds (-120)

The Portland Trail Blazers have started the season 2-0, while the Los Angeles Lakers are still looking for their first win, starting 0-2.

Dame Lillard has averaged 30.5 points per game while shooting under 40% from the field. He’s coming off a 41-point win over the Phoenix Suns in a game that went to overtime. Lillard took 25 shots and went 5-12 from deep in that game, shooting 48% from the field.

I’m asking for just 25 points from Lillard in this one.

Meanwhile, his partner in crime is Anfernee Simons, who has averaged 19 points per game to start the season. He’s taken 18 three-point shots in two games and has averaged close to 20 shots per game in those two games. If that volume continues, Simons will start to be more consistent in shooting the basketball. He will not shoot 35.9% from the field for the rest of the season.

Plus, the Lakers have been terrible at defending point guards through two games.

Meanwhile, LeBron James has averaged 12.5 rebounds through two games this season. He’s averaged 36 minutes per night and has brought down at least ten rebounds in the first two games. There’s no reason why James can’t do that again against the Blazers.

Charlotte Hornets vs. Atlanta Hawks

  • Leg 1: John Collins Over 16.5 Points (-128)
  • Leg 2: Clint Capela Over 10.5 Rebounds (-113)
  • Leg 3: PJ Washington Over 14.5 Points (-113)

The Atlanta Hawks are currently 2-0 to begin the season.

John Collins has surprised early on for Atlanta, averaging 23.5 points per game with 10.5 rebounds per game. He’s got another great matchup against P.J. Washington, where he should break out for another 20+ point game.

He’s earned 35 minutes per night and has shot nearly 70% from the field while hitting all six foul shot attempts to begin the season. He’s also nailed five three-pointers have his six tries. He’s not forcing anything. He’s letting the game come to him, allowing him to be so efficient on the floor.

Clint Capela hasn’t earned more than eight rebounds in the first two games this season. But he’s still averaging 29 minutes per game and hasn’t been getting into foul trouble, either. A matchup against Charlotte should boost his rebound total and allow him to get over 11 rebounds.

Finally, P.J. Washington of Charlotte has averaged 13.5 points per game to begin the year. He’s getting under 30 minutes per night and has taken 12.5 shots per game. Collins has a great offensive matchup against Washington, but Washington also has a substantial advantage offensively against Collins. Look for those two to get after it against one another in tonight’s game.
