NBA Same Game Parlay Odds, Picks & Predictions: Thursday (2/15)

A double cash of two +400 SGPs nearly took place in yesterday’s article, but sadly Saddiq Bey fell short by a point. Let’s find another winner in today’s somewhat-limited three-game slate. Best of luck with your wagers for Thursday, February 15th!

Milwaukee Bucks at Memphis Grizzlies

The Grizzlies’ depth has been significantly tested over the past couple of weeks, forcing a bunch of relatively unknown names into serious playing time. One of those guys has been Vince Williams Jr. Over his last 14 games, he is averaging 34.7 minutes, 16.4 points, 6.1 rebounds, and 4.6 assists per game. He has gotten at least 22 PRA in 12 of these 14 contests and now draws a solid matchup taking on the Bucks. They have permitted the fifth-most points per game to opposing Shooting Guards and are 19th in adjusted defensive net rating on the season.

Next up, look to the Bucks’ best three-point shooter, Malik Beasley. He is over this mark in six of his last seven and should be able to post another successful night in this one. Memphis has allowed the seventh-best three point%, and 11th-most three-point attempts to opponents this season.

The last leg fading Giannis isn’t going to feel great, but taking on Jaren Jackson Jr. inside the paint isn’t an easy task for anyone. After all, he’s the reigning Defensive Player of the Year for a reason. Some notable names to face JJJ and the Grizzlies as of late include Alperen Sengun (19 points), Zion Williamson (14), and Nikola Vucevic (20). While none of these guys are on quite the same level as Giannis, the sentiment remains: Jaren Jackson Jr. is an elite defender. The Greek Freak is under this line in 12 of his last 18 games.

Parlay Odds: +390

Minnesota Timberwolves at Portland Trail Blazers

These teams met just two days ago and the Timberwolves pulled away in the fourth quarter for a 121-109 win in Portland. Customary for any center taking on the Trail Blazers, Rudy Gobert flourished, finishing with 16 points (7-10 FGA) and 15 rebounds. Portland has allowed the fourth-most points in the paint and owns the fourth-worst rebounding rate on the season. Gobert also put up 24 points and 17 points against them on January 12th. Over his last 18 games, he is averaging 16.3 points and 13.5 rebounds per game. The French Rejection has scored at least 15 points in 13 of those contests and has found at least 13 boards in 12. Given his recent form and the matchup on tap, he should have another solid night on the hardwood.

On the flip side of the coin, Jerami Grant had a miserable final stat line against Minnesota a couple of days ago. He finished with just 12 points (5-17 FGA), one rebound, and four assists. That sort of offensive output is routine for opponents taking on the T-Wolves. They lead the NBA in adjusted defensive net rating and are 26th in pace as well. When these teams met up last month, he also had a horrific night shooting, going just 4-15 from the field, which amounted to only 13 points, one assist, and zero boards. I’d expect another letdown game from Grant in this one.

Parlay Odds: +420
