Oklahoma City Thunder at Los Angeles Clippers
-
- Leg 1: Thunder Moneyline (+215)
- Leg 2: Shai Gilgeous-Alexander Points+Assists o35.5 (-130)
- Leg 3: Josh Giddey Points+Rebounds+Assists u31.5 (-120)
The Thunder are right in the thick of it in the Western Conference, and a win over the Clippers would be crucial in their efforts to lock up a spot in the play-in. Oklahoma City has already beaten the LAC twice this season (both times as an underdog) and has been the better team lately. With SGA expected to play and a relatively clean injury report, back the Thunder to win outright once more.
All of the Clippersâ guards are poor defenders, and SGA has a strong track record vs. LAC this season. Expect another prolific performance from the likely All-NBA Gâ the type of performance necessary for the Thunder to steal one in Los Angeles.
Who doesnât love Josh Giddey? But his number is too high. The second-year pro averages a hair under this number on the season and has failed to cross this threshold in five of six. Further, Giddey may draw either Kawhi Leonard or Paul George as his primary defender and such matchups would naturally make him an afterthought in the Thunderâs offensive gameplan.

Cleveland Cavaliers at Brooklyn Nets
-
- Leg 1: Cavaliers Moneyline (-150)
- Leg 2: Spencer Dinwiddie o7.5 Assists (-135)
- Leg 3: Darius Garland o21.5 Points (-105)
The Cavs have been one of the NBAâs best teams since the All-Star break, and the Nets have been one of the worst⦠simple as that. This number has considerably moved in the direction of Cleveland since open (CLE -115), and it would be no surprise if it continued to do so up until tip-off.
Dinwiddie has been integral to Brooklynâs offense since his arrival via the Kyrie Irving trade, and heâs been especially crucial these past few weeks. This number is short because the Cavs allow the fewest assists in the NBAâ but they havenât been as stout lately, nor have they limited opponent guards in this capacity. Cleveland rates a middling 18th in assists allowed to opponent guards in the month of March, and Dinwiddie has been too good to pass on this number.
If we like the Cavs to win, weâre going to like (at least) one of their stellar guards to have a strong game. In these two teamsâ previous matchup, Garland erupted for 46 pointsâ but it was his usage that catches our attention, as Garland outpaced all players in total shot attempts. If we get a similar script tonight, Garland should cross this number easily. It helps, too, that all of Brooklynâs strong defenders remain vulnerable at the guard position.
