Boston Celtics at Philadelphia 76ers

The Celtics lead the season series 3-0, but Philly was the better team in the two teams’ last matchup, and look as though they will have the health advantage for tonight’s game. The absence of Robert Williams III for the Celtics is crucial, as he is far and away their best option for defending Joel Embiid. And, if Jalen Brown also misses tonight’s action, the path to victory for the 76ers is clear.

Embiid averages 33 points per game this season, and scored 41 in these two teams’ last meeting (a game in which Boston C Robert Williams III suited up for). When Embiid wants it, there’s no stopping him– and in the midst of an MVP campaign, we’ll back the big man to light up the scoreboard in primetime versus a depleted Boston frontcourt.

The NBA’s leading assist man figures to have another big game tonight. Harden has only crossed this number once in three games against Boston this year, but he should have plenty of opportunities to do so again, and averages slightly greater than 10.5 on the season. Further, this addition to the parlay is highly correlated with our previous selections– if Embiid scores a lot of points, Harden is likely assisting him on many of these opportunities, and the 76ers are likely winning the game.

Parlay Odds: +425

Oklahoma City Thunder at Golden State Warriors

Don’t mess around with the Warriors on their home floor. Golden State is 32-8 SU, and 26-14 ATS at the Chase Center this season, and have smoked the Thunder once already in front of their home fans (a game in which Steph Curry didn’t play).

Draymond Green’s assist numbers see a significant uptick with Steph Curry in the lineup, and he has crossed this number in three of the Warriors’ past five games. Perhaps most telling, Green has tallied 12 and 11 assists in two games against the Thunder this season in which he shared the floor with Curry. Green is a much better player with Curry (and Klay) on the court, back him to once again play facilitator in a likely blowout.

This parlay leg feels like a safe enough add, and would be correlated with the other selections. Klay is averaging 31 a game versus the Thunder this season and crossed this number in each matchup. Thompson is having a renaissance year, back him to continue to put up points on his home floor.

Parlay Odds: +600
