NBA Same Game Parlay Odds, Picks & Predictions: Tuesday (1/03)

Washington Wizards @ Milwaukee Bucks

  • Leg 1: Wizards +8 (-110)
  • Leg 2: Giannis Antetokounmpo Points + Rebounds o45.5 (-115)

This line has already moved off of Wizards +8.5 at open, and I have a hunch it may continue to tick their way– especially so if Washington G Bradley Beal is made active. It is appealing to back Milwaukee here, as they have excelled on their home court (15-4 ATS) and project to return to full health. Even still, this is an appealing number for a surging Wizards team that ranks tenth in Net Rating over their past ten games.

Simply, the Wizards don’t have the bodies necessary to stall Giannis, and the ‘Greek Freak’ has been on an absolute tear of late– averaging 44 Points, 21 Rebounds, and 6 Assists. Elect to play the PRA prop if one so chooses, though the payout would not be any greater, and assists are far too fickle for our liking.

Sacramento Kings @ Utah Jazz

  • Leg 1: Jazz Moneyline (-130)
  • Leg 2: Under 242.5 (-110)
  • Leg 3: Lauri Markkanen Points + Rebounds o32.5 (-115)

The preseason expectations for the Utah Jazz have wrongly influenced our perception of them. The Jazz is an adequate team and has been excellent at home (12-6 SU). There is some pessimism as Utah G Colin Sexton will be absent with a hamstring injury, though the team has plenty of depth at the position and is otherwise healthy. There is also plenty of uncertainty surrounding the Kings’ own injury report.

In that same vein, such injuries may contribute to lower scoring. Additionally, the Kings are an abysmal 5-12-1 to the Over on the road. Bet this number now before it moves.

Markkanen is having the best season of his career, averaging 35.3 Points + Rebounds in the month of December. Further, Markkanen has been particularly hot over this past week, averaging 31.5 Points and 11.75 Rebounds over this span. Simply put, the number is too short.
