NBA Same Game Parlay Odds, Picks & Predictions: Wednesday (11/29)

Following Tuesday’s NBA In-Season Tournament games, seven contests are on the docket tonight.

Like every humpday, I’ll preview two same-game parlays (SGPs) composed of three legs each. SGPs are pretty simple. Pair together multiple bets to increase your odds. Get all legs correct, and cash out.

Let’s tip things off and preview my two favorite SGPs for today, Nov. 29.

Wednesday’s Best NBA Same Game Parlay Bets

    (Odds courtesy of DraftKings Sportsbook)

    Washington Wizards @ Orlando Magic

I think I’ve featured the WIzards in my SGPs just about every week. They are horrendous, ranking 28th in defensive net rating and second in pace, creating plenty of offense for their opponents.

Without Markelle Fultz in the Magic’s lineup over the last eight games, Cole Anthony has been starting at point guard. He’s coming off a season-best 30 points, seven rebounds and seven assists against another inferior defense, the Charlotte Hornets. Anthony also has seven or more assists in four of his last six games. Washington is allowing the third-most assists per game to point guards, so take the over here.

The Magic’s leading scorer, Paolo Banchero, should be able to get over this mark before the blowout ensues. In November, he’s averaging 22.1 points per game and has eclipsed this mark in nine of 13 contests. The Wizards allow the second-most points in the paint and second-most points per game to power forwards.

Kyle Kuzma has been the lone bright spot for the Wizards this season, but he’s a fade target in this spot. The Magic have been incredible on defense this season, ranking third in defensive net rating. They have allowed the sixth-fewest points and fourth-fewest rebounds per game to opposing Power Forwards.

    Utah Jazz @ Memphis Grizzlies

The Grizzlies have clearly been struggling without Ja Morant, and own a 3-13 record through the season’s early going. Filling in his stead is Desmond Bane, who is averaging 23.6 points and five assists per game. Over the last six games, Memphis has also been without Marcus Smart, so Bane has taken over even more facilitating duties. The Grizzlies might not be playing well, but they definitely can spark some sort of offense in this matchup against the Utah Jazz, who are 26th in defensive-net rating.

Utah’s leading scorer, Lauri Markkanen, has been ruled out tonight. Stepping up for the Jazz will likely be Jordan Clarkson, and he should thrive in this game without Smart around. In their last game on Nov. 26, Mike Conley managed to score 18 points in the last game against them. In Utah’s last game without Markkanen, Clarkson was very inefficient, shooting just 4-16 from the field, and finished with 16 points. He ought to be able to find another two buckets in this matchup.
