NBA Same Game Parlay Odds, Picks & Predictions: Wednesday (12/21)

Milwaukee Bucks vs. Cleveland Cavaliers

  • Leg 1: Jarrett Allen OVER 12.5 points (-110)
  • Leg 2: Evan Mobley OVER 13.5 points (+100)
  • Leg 3: Darius Garland OVER 19.5 points (+105)

Simply put, I’m fading the Bucks’ defense in this game and riding the Cavs’ offensive playmakers.

Cleveland has been consistent this year, ranking 1tth in offensive efficiency. This is a big pace-up spot, too, for the Cavs, which I love for over totals. After coming off a 122-point outing over the Jazz, I imagine Cleveland to continue their run at offensive efficiency and to continue their winning streak.

If you care to add a point total over for Cleveland in there, I can’t fault you. You can potentially add a Donovan Mitchell point total over too, but four players going over might be a bit of a stretch.

Parlay Odds: +750

Indiana Pacers vs. Boston Celtics

  • Leg 1: Jayson Tatum OVER 28.5 points (-110)
  • Leg 2: Jaylen Brown OVER 26.5 points (+100)
  • Leg 3: Al Horford OVER 6.5 rebounds (+115)

This one is easy. Life is too short to bet under player props.

With Tatum off the injury report after missing the last game, he should be nice and well-rested to take on Indiana. He posted 44 in Boston’s win over the Lakers, and I see him quite capable of a repeat performance here.

Jaylen Brown is the second part of the “make money machine” for the Celtics this year, and his continued high usage in a big pace-up spot against the 24th-ranked defense in the league is an easy target.

Indiana also has struggled on the glass all year, ranking second to last in rebound rate in the league. Horford should eat down low in an impressive performance by the Celtics.

Parlay Odds: +675

Orlando Magic vs. Houston Rockets

  • Leg 1: Kevin Porter Jr. OVER 5.5 rebounds (+140)
  • Leg 2: Alperen Sengun OVER 13.5 points (-105)
  • Leg 3: Markelle Fultz UNDER 3.5 rebounds (+130)

This is a bit riskier of a parlay, but one I trust due to Houston’s main strength: their ability to rebound. Their rebound rate is one of the best in the league, ranking second only to Memphis. What is really impressive is their offensive rebound rate, pacing the league by over two percent.

Fultz will struggle to get easy boards, and I can easily see him only snagging a pair. Their ability to capitalize on second-chance points gives me confidence in Sengun’s ability to go over his projected point total against Wagner down low, to go along with Orlando’s middling defense.

Parlay Odds: +800
