Oklahoma City Thunder at Cleveland Cavaliers

It's a meeting of the league’s top brass as the two No. 1 seeds square off.

The Thunder are the hottest team in the league, with a franchise record of 15 straight wins. Although they had an easier schedule early on, they are coming off double-digit wins against the Knicks and Celtics.

The biggest thing to highlight is that they are doing it with some players out with injuries, including Chet Holmgren and Alex Caruso. This proves the team has depth and doesn't see a falloff when subbing players. It also helps that Shai Gilgeous-Alexander is having an MVP-caliber season with 31.3 points per game, which is third in the league.

The Cavs are coming in with a ten-game winning streak, each by double digits. It's important to note that they virtually have the same roster as last year, so the coaching change has made the difference. In the previous few seasons, this team was defensive-minded, but they brought in Kenny Atkinson to change their style. This has revamped this team, which is first in offensive efficiency and second in points per game.

They already had talented playmakers like Donovan Mitchell and Darius Garland,  who are each averaging 20 points per game. Jarrett Allen is one of the league’s better centers and is averaging a double-double.

How will they handle the Thunder's top defense? OKC has shut down some excellent offenses, but this will be their toughest test because they must be at their best for the full 48 minutes. Cleveland steps it up in the second half, leading the league in points in the fourth quarter. The Thunder's roll could end tonight.

Chicago Bulls at Indiana Pacers

The Bulls are holding the final Play-In spot, as they've won four of their five games, including victories over New York and Milwaukee. There have been rumors that Zach LaVine is a potential trade piece, but he is their best player and has scored 30+ points in three straight games. Nikola Vucevic is another piece they can build on, with a 20-point, 10-rebound season. Being 13th in offensive efficiency would be good enough if they had a supporting defense, but they are 24th in defensive efficiency.

If you want to talk about another off-balance team, you must mention the Pacers. This fast-paced offense will try and out-score you each night without playing much defense.

Early in the season, Indiana struggled on the offensive side, contributing to their slow start. Although they made it to the Conference Finals last year, it might be tough to get there again, given how much better the East looks this year.

This is a game where we will see a lot of points, and a lot of players could cash their Overs.
