Boston Celtics at Indiana Pacers

The Celtics are in a great spot to repeat as champions, as they are coming in 4-0 and near the top of the league in many categories. This isn't a one-sided team; they are first overall in adjusted net rating (+6.9) and adjusted offensive rankings (117.5) and seventh in adjusted defensive rankings (110.5). They are jumping out to big leads thanks to their ability to nail the triple, averaging 21.5 made three-pointers per game.

This will be the first time the Pacers have seen the Celtics since the Eastern Conference Finals. Although they were swept, many believe Indiana could have been more competitive if Tyrese Haliburton wasn't injured. It hasn't been a great start to the season, with the only win being against the Pistons. They struggled last year defensively, usually having to depend on out-shooting their opponents, and it's the same case this season as they are 22nd in defensive efficiency (1.123).

Haliburton has been waiting for this matchup for months, so look for him to have a massive game. Additionally, Brown put up some stellar numbers in the Eastern Conference Finals and can have a great game tonight.

Orlando Magic at Chicago Bulls

Last year, we only saw a glimpse of the potential for the Magic, but this season we might get the full scope. This team was always going to rely on their defense all season, and they are ninth in points allowed per game (109.3), but the production they're getting from the offense will make them a true contender.

They are also ninth in points scored (115.5), and Paolo Banchero is coming off the best performance of his career, with a career-high 50 points and 13 rebounds.

That was against Indiana and their previously mentioned below-average defense. The exciting part is they're facing Chicago, who allows more points per game than Indiana (117.3 to 120.5). Each of their wins took a huge offensive effort against Milwaukee and Memphis, 24th and 29th in points allowed, respectively.

They faced the best defense in the league, Oklahoma City, and only scored 95 in a 19-point loss. Don't expect the offense to help, facing a top-tier defense in Orlando.
