NBA Same Game Parlay Odds & Picks: Wednesday (11/20)
The day after an NBA Cup night is interesting because some teams are on back-to-back nights, so their lineups might look slim. We still have a good slate of games and weâll make a couple of same-game parlays (SGPs).

Indiana Pacers vs. Houston Rockets
- Leg 1: Rockets -6.5 (-108)
- Leg 2: Pacers Team Total Under 112.5 Points (-110)
- Leg 3: Pascal Siakam Under 21.5 Points (-120)
After a visit to the Eastern Conference Finals, a big year was predicted for the Pacers. It's still early, but they are struggling. They gave the Celtics their first loss of the season, but Indiana themselves have some terrible losses, including their last game against the Raptors.
We knew they weren't going to play any defense, and they are 25th in points allowed (117.6), but they are allowing more points than scoring with 114.6 per game (13th).
On the contrary, Houston is living up to the expectations. They had a hot start last season before struggling at the end and missing the playoffs. They were one of the best defensive teams last year, ranking ninth in defensive efficiency. They're even better this season, ranking third.
With Indiana struggling on offense, they might find themselves struggling against a top-tier defense.

New York Knicks vs. Phoenix Suns
- Leg 1: Knicks -5 (-112)
- Leg 2: Jalen Brunson 27+ Points (-125)
- Leg 3: Devin Booker 28+ Points (-110)
It's taking some time for the Knicks to get acclimated to their new lineup, but they are getting better and come in winning three straight. Their big pickup has been their offensive leader as Karl-Anthony Towns leads the team with 26.2 points per game. He's an important presence in the front court as they still wait for Mitchell Robinson, who's been out for over a year.
The Suns are also dealing with an injury, but they hope to get this player back sooner rather than later. They are desperately missing Kevin Durant, as they've lost four straight and are 1-5 without him. They will also be without Bradley Beal, who will miss his fourth straight game.
This leaves Devin Booker to be their prominent scorer. He's had mixed results. Booker has scored fewer than 20 points in three of his last four games, but that one over 20 points was a 44-point performance against Minnesota.
Booker will have to do a lot to beat the Knicks, who are getting things together, and thatâs why New York should win this game.
