Atlanta Hawks at New York Knicks
- Leg 1: Knicks -8 (-108)
- Leg 2: Trae Young Over 11.5 Assists (-130)
- Leg 3: Jalen Brunson Over 2.5 Three-Pointers Made (-148)
Let's talk about a team getting hot at a great time. Atlanta had a six-game winning streak snapped on Sunday by Denver, but we'll give them a pass because the Nuggets were out for blood after losing to the Wizards.
The Hawks needed other scoring options besides Trae Young, and it looks like there is some support. Their opponents now have to worry about DeâAndre Hunter and Jalen Johnson, who have become the top two scoring options, as each has led the team in scoring in 11 of the last 12 games. This has allowed Young to bring up the ball and be more of a facilitator, which has led to him leading the team in assists in all but two games.
The Knicks are starting to click and look like contenders in the Eastern Conference. The team is hot, having won 10 of its last 13 games.
They paid a big price to get Karl-Anthony Towns, but it's working out. He's only 0.1 points off Jalen Brunson for the team lead in points per game (25.1) and is second in the league in rebounds per game (13.3).
New York is second in three-point shooting percentage (39.9%), while the Hawks are last in three-point defense (38.7%). Brunson has the matchup advantage against Young, but they also have to worry about Towns and his perimeter shooting.

Golden State Warriors at Houston Rockets
- Leg 1: Rockets Monyeline (-125)
- Leg 2: Alperen Sengun Over 20.5 Points (-130)
- Leg 3: Steph Curry Under 4.5 Three-Pointers Made (-135)
We are seeing a resurging Warriors team that had spent the last two seasons barely making the playoffs. They made some moves by adding some younger talent and removing the first core championship piece, Klay Thompson, but itâs made them better.
The Rockets have played the Warriors tough both games this year. In their last matchup a week ago, Houston shot an uncharacteristic 37.6% from the floor and 26.3% from three. Don't expect that type of shooting again.
Their defense has remained consistent and is second in defensive efficiency. They're tough at the perimeter and will make it hard for the Warriors to hit threes.
Golden State has been in plenty of big games before, but will they treat this one that way? This young and hungry Rockets team is ready to make a name for themselves. A trip to Vegas would help.
