New York Knicks vs. Washington Wizards

OG Anunoby has scored no more than nine points in five of his last seven games. He’ll have the occasional breakout game with 30+ points, but ultimately, he’s about a 10-point scorer on an average night. Additionally, he’ll take on a Wizards defense that defends small forwards well. Small forwards have scored just 18.75 points per game against the Wizards. That ranks fourth in the NBA.

Meanwhile, Karl-Anthony Towns hasn’t secured more than three rebounds in three consecutive games. He’s also added at least four assists in only 47% of games this season and will take on a Wizards team that has held centers to 3.62 assists per game. That ranks fifth defensively in the NBA.

Finally, let’s take Mikal Bridges to go under 3.5 rebounds. He’s missed this line in five straight games and faces a Wizards defense that has held small forwards to just 7.11 rebounds per game. That ranks sixth in the NBA.

The Knicks will likely win this game, but the Wizards are doing well in a few areas on defense.

Dallas Mavericks vs. Sacramento Kings

Kyrie Irving has scored at least 39 points in two of his last three games. He’s going off with Luka Doncic out of the lineup. However, he’s still only scored 29+ points in 28% of games this season. He’s also hit at least 29 points in only three of his last 10 games. Tonight, he’ll take on a Kings defense that is typically dominant against point guards. They’ve held point guards to just 21.73 points per game, which ranks fourth in the NBA.

The Kings have also held point guards to 5.84 rebounds per game, which is seventh-best in the NBA. Meanwhile, Irving has hit at least five rebounds in just one of his last seven games. He’s hit this line in only three of his last 10 and in 48% of games throughout the season. Take his under on rebounds, too.

Lastly, consider Domantas Sabonis to go over 5.5 assists. He’s coming off seven assists against the Lakers and will now face a Dallas defense ranked 28th in assists allowed to centers this year. Sabonis has hit his prop in 55% of games this season, but more importantly, in 80% of his last 10 games against the Mavericks. Take his over.
