Golden State Warriors vs. Milwaukee Bucks
- Leg 1: Buddy Hield Under 14.5 Points (-128)
- Leg 2: Bobby Portis Over 16.5 Points (-104)
- Leg 3: Brook Lopez Over 4.5 Rebounds (-113)
Buddy Hield has scored fewer than 14 points in eight of his last 10 games. He’s also averaged just 10 points in his previous 10 games. In addition, Hield’s usage is below 19% over the same 10-game span and he’s averaged just 3.6 made field goals per game during that time.
Meanwhile, he’ll face a Bucks defense ranked fifth in the NBA in points allowed to shooting guards. Milwaukee has limited shooting guards to 35.83% from the field, which is the best rate in the NBA. Let’s fade Hield.
On the other hand, Bobby Portis of the Bucks has scored at least 18 points in three consecutive games. He’s attempted more than 12 shots per game over the last 10 and has a usage percentage of nearly 24% in the previous 10 games. He’ll go up against a Warriors defense ranked 27th in the NBA in points allowed. The Warriors foul at a high rate and have allowed power forwards to shoot nearly 49% from the floor this season.
Finally, let’s ride Brook Lopez to go for over 4.5 rebounds. He’s hauled in at least five rebounds in 57% of games this season. He’s also added at least five rebounds in three of his last four games against the Warriors. Beyond that, the Warriors have allowed nearly 17 rebounds per game to centers this season, which ranks 28th in the NBA. Lopez will have his opportunities to grab rebounds tonight.

Utah Jazz vs. Los Angeles Lakers
- Leg 1: Luka Doncic Over 27.5 Points (-104)
- Leg 2: LeBron James Over 24.5 Points (-125)
- Leg 3: LeBron James Over 7.5 Assists (-128)
Luka Doncic will make his debut for the Los Angeles Lakers tonight. I’ve been suckered in. His points prop tonight is currently sitting at 27.5. In his first game with a new team, 28 points seem like a lot. However, Anthony Davis had no issues scoring with the Mavericks in his first game. Jimmy Butler had a solid debut with the Warriors, too. In addition, he’s facing a Jazz defense ranked 25th in points allowed to point guards this season. Point guards have shot over 42% from the floor against the Jazz and have added plenty of free throws. Don’t be surprised if Doncic has a big night.
On the other hand, LeBron James has scored at least 25 points in four of his last five games. He’s also averaged more than 31 points per game in his previous five. James and Doncic have to co-exist, which likely won’t be a problem. Plus, the Jazz rank 24th in points allowed to small forwards this season. Ultimately, James has shot above 51% from the floor over the last 10 games. He’s still playing at a super-high level and should get a lot of good looks against the Jazz.
Lastly, consider James to also add eight or more assists. He’s recorded at least eight assists in nine of his last 10 games. He’s also hit this line in 74% of games this season. Meanwhile, the Jazz rank 13th in assists allowed to small forwards, so James’ typical average looks attainable. While James doesn’t have Anthony Davis down low for easy dunks, he’s got Doncic now, who we expect to score 30. If Doncic does that, you’d have to assume James is responsible for most of those buckets.
