Memphis Grizzlies vs. Chicago Bulls

  • Leg 1: Scotty Pippen Jr. Over 11.5 Points (-115)
  • Leg 2: Ayo Dosunmu Under 14.5 Points (-130)
  • Leg 3: Jaylen Wells Under 11.5 Points (-113)

Scotty Pippen Jr. only finished with eight points last time out against the Philadelphia 76ers. But he’s added at least 12 points in six of his last ten and will have a good matchup against the Chicago Bulls. After all, the Chicago Bulls have allowed 25.8 points per game to point guards this season. Point guards have scored 25.8 points per game and have attempted nearly nine shots per game. Pippen Jr. should get back on track against a Bulls team that has also allowed 3.2 three-pointers per game to point guards this season.

His teammate, Jaylen Wells, likely won’t have the same success. Wells has scored at least 14 points in three of his last four games. However, Chicago’s defense has held small forwards to just 15.96 points per game this season. That ranks second in the NBA. Small forwards have also shot just 16.66% from downtown and 36.77% from the field against the Bulls this year.

On the other hand, Ayo Dosunmu is coming off a 20-point performance against Atlanta last night. He’ll likely come back to life tonight as he’ll take on a Memphis defense that ranks first in the NBA in points allowed to shooting guards this season. Shooting guards have shot just 36.66% against the Grizzlies this year and have attempted the lowest amount of shots against the Grizzlies this season.

Denver Nuggets vs. Los Angeles Lakers

  • Leg 1: Christian Braun Over 13.5 Points (-104)
  • Leg 2: Austin Reaves Over 16.5 Points  (-108)
  • Leg 3: Nikola Jokic Over 27.5 Points (-106)

Christian Braun has added at least 14 points in all but one game over the last ten. In the one game where he didn’t score 14 points, he added 13. Braun will take on a Lakers defense that currently ranks 25th in points allowed to shooting guards. The Lakers have watched shooting guards shoot 3.79 threes per game. Shooting guards have also shot 38.5% from deep and 42.81% from the field. These are all abysmal defensive numbers. Braun should continue his hot stretch.

After a two-week hiatus, Nikola Jokic returned to action and scored 33 points against the Dallas Mavericks last night. He’ll be ready to go against a Lakers defense that has allowed the most offensive rebounds to centers this season. The Lakers have also allowed nearly ten field goal attempts to centers and are below average in points allowed to centers.

Finally, consider Austin Reaves to rebound from his lackluster performance against Orlando. Reaves has scored at least 17 points in all but two games in November. Tonight, he’ll take on a Denver defense that ranks 24th in points allowed to shooting guards. Beyond that, the Nuggets rank 24th in threes allowed to shooting guards and 28th in three-point field goal percentage against shooting guards. Reaves should get some quality looks tonight.
