NBA Same Game Parlay Picks: Thursday (Mavericks vs. Jazz)

The Dallas Mavericks will travel to Utah for a standalone NBA game at 9:00 p.m. ET. It’s the only game on the slate because tomorrow is the second day of the NBA Cup.

But at least we’ve got something!

I’ve added a same-game parlay for this game. Let’s make some profit tonight. Check it out below!

Dallas Mavericks vs. Utah Jazz

Dereck Lively II has added at least 11 points in back-to-back games. He’s also hit this line in three of his last five and six of his last ten games.

Lively II is in line to face a Utah defense that ranks 29th in points allowed to centers. The Jazz have also given up the most second-chance points to centers and have allowed 5.32 offensive rebounds per game. Lively II won’t have the most insane volume. But he ultimately gets easy layups and dunks. Five shots for Lively II is all it’ll take against this Jazz defense.

On the other hand, Dallas is poor at preventing shooting guards from adding rebounds. The Mavericks have allowed 5.37 defensive rebounds to shooting guards this season, which ranks 26th in the NBA. Keyonte George and Jordan Clarkson likely have a good game on the glass. George has earned eight rebounds combined in his last two games. He’s also added at least three rebounds in five of his previous seven.

Jordan Clarkson is coming off five rebounds against Phoenix last time out. He’s earned at least four rebounds in five of his first eight games this year.

Let’s finish off the parlay, relying on those two to have solid games on the glass.
