Similar to fantasy sports, the goal in Sleeper Picks is to draft a team of players based on who you think will perform better than the field. But with Sleeper Picks, you pick teams of 2-8 players from multiple teams based on your preferences and predict whether those players will score more or less than a predetermined amount. There are a number of ways to play and a variety of strategies to employ, and we’ll guide you through the process each week.

NBA Sleeper Picks Player Predictions (11/14/23)

Season record: 27-15

Jayson Tatum (F – BOS): OVER 0.5 points

Sleeper Picks has a promotional line on Jayson Tatum that you do not want to miss. The multiplier remains static at 1.77, making it a great add to any ticket, even if you have to hit the 3x multiplier instead of the 2x required by Sleeper Picks without a promo line. Tatum is in the midst of another All-Star season and is averaging 28.3 points, 8.5 rebounds, 4.5 assists, and 1.0 steals per game on .520 shooting from the field. The field goal percentage is a career-high, but he is getting to the line less and dishing out fewer assists than what we have become accustomed to over the last two seasons. Tatum should have another big game against the team that famously passed on him for Markelle Fultz. Imagine that Process. Tap the More on Tatum.

Bam Adebayo (C – MIA): OVER 0.5 double doubles

Bam has been excellent to start the season. He is averaging 23.4 points and 10.4 rebounds per game. Both marks are career highs. Bam’s rebound total has some value tonight, as his rebound line has been set at 10.5. There is minimal value in this line versus season average, but recent form tips the scales. Bam has recorded 11 or more rebounds in four straight and five of his last six games. The multiplier (1.45) is much higher than what we are used to from our double double plays, but that is because the probability is not as high as a Nikola Jokic, Domantas Sabonis, or Nikola Vucevic total. Tonight, Bam will face off against a Charlotte Hornets team allowing a whopping 16.45 rebounds per game to the center position. Roll with recent form and bump the More on Bam Bam for Tuesday night.

Anthony Edwards (G/F – MIN): OVER 26.5 points

Averaging 28.4 points per game on the season, Anthony Edwards has taken his game to the next level for the Minnesota Timberwolves. He has carried his momentum from this summer’s FIBA tournament as he was able to start the season already in mid-season form. Tonight, Edwards will face off against a coach he credits for hastening his development and refining his workout skills. Edwards has scored 28 or more points in four of his last five games and in five of his last seven. He has averaged 31.2 points per game over his last five and is an excellent bet to do so once again against Golden State. He scored 33 against this same Warriors team on Sunday. Tap the More on Ant-Man for Tuesday night.

Writers note: The lines are constantly changing on Sleeper, so there is a high probability that one or all of the numbers may no longer be the same when you open your app. There are excellent values when they are first posted, with the only catch being that they are not all released at the same time. Vigilance could provide a solid return on investment this season, literally.
