NBA Sleeper Picks Player Predictions (12/11/24)

Regular season record: 63-32

Karl-Anthony Towns (F/C – NYK): OVER 19.5 points (alt line)

KAT continues to roll for the New York Knicks. In the midst of an all-star season, Towns is averaging 25.1 points and 13.3 rebounds per game. KAT has scored 20 or more points in 13 of his last 16 games and is in an excellent position to do so again tonight against an Atlanta Hawks team he dropped 34 on in early November. Tap the More on Towns for Wednesday night at Sleeper Picks.

Jalen Brunson (G – NYK): OVER 5.5 assists (alt line)

Brunson has proven that he is indeed a star regardless of the level of talent surrounding him. Brunson is averaging 25.2 and 7.8 assists per game and is trending towards perhaps his most impressive season yet. Jalen has dished out six or more assists in 13 of his last 15 games and has an excellent opportunity to record at least that many tonight against an Atlanta Hawks team relinquishing 8.76 assists per game to the point guard position. Bump the More on Brunson for Wednesday night's action.

Amen Thompson (G/F – HOU): OVER 5.5 rebounds (alt line)

Amen Thompson's inconsistent role and usage remains one of the most frustrating things in the NBA, but that is a story for another day. Amen makes the most of his minutes when he gets them and has averaged 11.9 points and 7.0 rebounds per game. The alt line has major appeal here, as Amen has topped the 5.5 rebound total in each of his last eight games played. Amen hauled in 11 rebounds and eight rebounds in his two contests against the Golden State Warriors this season. Hit the More on Amen for Wednesday night basketball.

Writers note: The lines are constantly changing on Sleeper (and sometimes expiring), so there is a high probability that one or all of the numbers may no longer be the same when you open your app. There are excellent values when they are first posted, with the only catch being that they are not all released at the same time. Vigilance could provide a solid return on investment this season, literally.
