Welcome to NBA Sleeper Picks! Sleeper’s newest offering promised plenty of entertainment and action, and they delivered. We will break down our top three picks for tonight's NBA action. Similar to fantasy sports, the goal in Sleeper Picks is to draft a team of players based on who you think will perform better than the field. But with NBA Sleeper Picks, you pick teams of 2-8 players from multiple teams based on your preferences and predict whether those players will score more or less than a predetermined amount. There are a number of ways to play and a variety of strategies to employ, and we’ll guide you through the process each week. Here are our top NBA Sleeper Picks for today’s games.

NBA Sleeper Picks Player Predictions (4/1/25)
Regular season record: 213-64
Gary Trent Jr. (G/F – MIL): OVER 9.5 points (alt line)
Gary Trent has become a more reliable option for Milwaukee while the Bucks are dealing with roster attrition. Giannis Antetokounmpo is probable for tonight, but Damian Lillard remains out indefinitely, and Bobby Portis remains suspended. GTJ has scored 10 or more points in 10 straight games and has started threatening the 30 minute mark on a nightly basis (topping it in four straight before playing 28 last game). Trent Jr. dropped 19 on Phoenix just four games ago. Tap the More on Trent for Tuesday night's NBA action.
Paolo Banchero (F – ORL): OVER 19.5 points (alt line)
Paolo has been on fire in March, averaging 29.8 points per game on .497 shooting. He has come back to earth over his last two but is still in the midst of an incredible tear for the Orlando Magic. Paolo has scored 20 or more points in 19 of his 20 games since the all-star break, averaging 29.5 points per game. Push the More on Paolo for Tuesday night basketball.
Nikola Jokic (C – DEN): OVER 7.5 rebounds (alt line)
This is an alt line, but it is still dripping with inherent value. Jokic is tied for the league lead with 54 double doubles and usually has his double double line at something like 1.05x before it drops too low for Sleeper to keep it on the board (it is 1.14x at time of writing since it wasn't released until this morning). Jokic was the original double double play at Sleeper Picks due to him being a nightly triple double threat. But here we have the Joker listed at 1.11x, and all he needs is eight rebounds. Nikola has averaged 12.8 boards per game this season and has hauled in eight or more rebounds in 56 of his 64 games played, compared to a double double in 54 of his 64 games played. Both have tremendous appeal, but it's obviously easier to grab eight rebounds than it is to grab 10. The Joker hauled nine, three, and eight rebounds in his three games against the Minnesota Timberwolves this season. Jab the More on Jokic for Tuesday night at Sleeper Picks.
Writers note: The lines are constantly changing on Sleeper (and sometimes expiring), so there is a high probability that one or all of the numbers may no longer be the same when you open your app. There are excellent values when they are first posted, with the only catch being that they are not all released at the same time. Vigilance could provide a solid return on investment this season, literally.
