NBA Sleeper Picks Player Predictions (4/3/25)

Regular season record: 215-65

Ja Morant (G – MEM): 19.5 points (alt line)

The Ja Morant redemption tour is about to begin. Yes, he recently made waves for a gesture towards the Golden State Warriors bench, but a gesture is just a gesture under Adam Silver. Ja has been filling it up lately, averaging 29.5 points and 7.6 assists in March and 27.3 and 7.4 assists per game since the all-star break. Ja looks ready for the playoffs now and should be back to having a green light to be as aggressive as he wants, now that Taylor Jenkins has been fired. Jab the More on Ja for Thursday night's NBA action.

Paolo Banchero (F – ORL): OVER 19.5 points (alt line)

Paolo has been on fire for the Magic and shows no signs of slowing down. The Magic won't be able to move up to the sixth seed, but one has to wonder how strong of a season Orlando would have had if Paolo had been healthy all season. Banchero averaged 29.8 points per game on .497 shooting in the month of March. Paolo has scored 20 or more points in 20 of his 21 games since the all-star break, averaging 29.2 points per game. Push the More on Paolo for Thursday night at Sleeper Picks.

Luka Doncic (G – DAL): OVER 19.5 points (alt line)

Luka has settled in as a member of the Los Angeles Lakers, averaging 30.1 points, 8.4 rebounds, and 8.6 assists per game. Luka has dropped 20 or more points in 18 of his last 19 games played. Doncic scored 35 and 41 points in his two games against Golden State this season (while with the Mavericks). Light up the More on Luka for Thursday night basketball.

Writers note: The lines are constantly changing on Sleeper (and sometimes expiring), so there is a high probability that one or all of the numbers may no longer be the same when you open your app. There are excellent values when they are first posted, with the only catch being that they are not all released at the same time. Vigilance could provide a solid return on investment this season, literally.
