DK Metcalf Over 4.5 Receptions (-130 via bet365)

While Kenneth Walker has turned into the primary star of this Seattle offense, the passing game has also been incredibly efficient. Entering this matchup, Geno Smith ranks eighth among QBs in Completion%, 11th in yards per game, and fifth in QBR.

This passing game could feast against a Giants secondary that has gotten torched through the first three weeks. New York has surrendered 28 or more points in all three games and ranks 28th in the league in expected points contributed by passing defense.

Specifically, we are going to target primary option DK Metcalf, at least in the receptions department. Currently, you can find his receptions prop at 4.5 via bet365, a total he has surpassed in each of the past two games.

Metcalf has also garnered five or more receptions in each of his two career games against the Giants. We saw Marquise Brown and Deebo Samuel haul in six catches against New York in Weeks 2 and 3 respectively, and there is little reason to believe that Metcalf can’t also take advantage of a weak secondary.

Metcalf has led the Seattle receiving corps in both targets and receptions in two of the first three weeks, and I think we see more of the same on MNF against a Giants defense that has spent a great deal of focus in practice this week at trying to improve their run defense.
