Monday's Best NFL Same Game Parlay Bets
(Odds courtesy of DraftKings Sportsbook)
- Leg 1: Under 41 Total Points (-112)
- Leg 2: Josh Allen Over 33.5 Rushing Yards (-120)
- Leg 3: Breece Hall Over 58.5 Rushing Yards (-110)
The Jets have been talked about a little more than usual this week. The Robert Saleh era is over in New York after a 2-3 start, but it might be time for a change because a win would put them in first place.
The defense is still among the best in the league, specifically the secondary, allowing the second-fewest passing yards per game (136.6) and the second-fewest passing touchdowns (2).
The offense, however, is not working. Aaron Rodgers is 40 years old, coming off an Achilles tear, and he's looked exactly like that. A lot has to do with the offensive line; they're only giving Rodgers 2.3 seconds in the pocket and allowing the sixth-most QB hits (23).
That could have been trouble against previous versions of the Billsâ defense, but this isn't that same squad. They're just 26th in QB knockdowns (9), have the lowest blitz percentage (15.3%), and allow the tenth-most yards after the catch.
The offense was the reason for their 3-0 start. They were averaging 37.3 points, and Josh Allen's balance of exceptional passing and rushing had some thinking he was an MVP candidate.
The Bills have faced some of the top teams in the AFC the last two weeks in Houston and Baltimore, and they've been awful by averaging 15 points in those games. There's been controversy over the Bills' handling of Allen's possible concussion, but he was cleared and should play.
The quarterbacks may not play a large role because they might be able to exploit the run defense. New York is 14th in rushing yards allowed per game (119.2), and Buffalo is 25th (144.0). Both teams have exceptional runners who should play a huge part in a potentially low-scoring game on Monday.
