Baltimore was the No. 1 seed in the AFC last year, and like many times in the Lamar Jackson era, they've come close to the Super Bowl, but have not been able to get there. Jackson won his second MVP last season. Jackson has thrown for over 300 yards and rushed for over 40 yards in each of his last two games.
The Buccaneers made moves in the secondary in the offseason but they haven't paid off yet. They are 29th in passing yards allowed and 31st in air yards allowed. Jackson could have another huge day with his arm.
The Ravens are 30th in passing yards allowed and they are the only defense to have allowed 1,000+ air yards this season.
Baker Mayfield was one of the biggest surprises in 2023 as he finished ninth in passing yards (4,044) and was seventh in touchdowns (28) - all career highs. He has carried that over into this season. He is in the top 10 in both categories and his 15 passing touchdowns lead the league. The Ravens’ secondary has been getting burned all season, allowing 275.5 passing yards per game (31st).
