Best NFL Saturday Football Week 15 Player Prop Bets

(Odds courtesy of DraftKings Sportsbook)

Ty Chandler Over 11.5 Receiving Yards (-110)

The Vikings are rolling out a new starting QB in Nick Mullens and a new starting RB in Ty Chandler in place of the injured Alexander Mattison. Chandler has seen game action over the past 1-2 months and has looked really explosive with his limited touches as a backup. I think there’s a real shot Chandler comes out today and looks better than Mattison has. Along the same line, Nick Mullens may be one of the top backup QBs in the league. He’s shown flashes of really good football when he was with San Francisco and I think he comes out slinging today. He’ll have to get settled in first of course, and I can see a few check downs to Chandler early on to get in rhythm. Take Chandler over 11.5 Receiving yards as he’ll need a big day if the Vikings want to pull this one out today.

Najee Harris Under 53.5 Rushing Yards (-120)

The Steelers have many flaws on offense, and with backup QB Mitch Trubisky set to start again, I don’t think the Colts will allow this Steelers running game to take off. They’ll make Trubisky beat them, as he hasn’t been able to do in recent weeks. While Harris has been getting the ball more than RB mate Jaylen Warren, Warren has still looked more explosive than Harris and is more likely to break off larger gains. If the Steelers fall behind in this game, I can see them somewhat abandoning Harris’ carries in the second half in an effort to get points on the board quick. Harris may score in this one, but I don’t see him stacking yards in this offense on the road with their backup QB, while the Colts have their sights set on the playoffs.

Jared Goff Over 0.5 Interceptions (+105)

The Lions desperately need a win as they’ve been stumbling in recent weeks, losing 2 out of their last 3 games to average opponents. Now, they’re tasked with handling a pesky Broncos team that has its own sights set on Playoffs as they’ve won 4 of their past 5 games. I do think the Lions will pull this one out at home, but their running game is what’s going to get it done for them. David Montgomery and Jahmyr Gibbs have been a strong 1-2 punch that many defenses haven’t been able to contain. I think the Broncos swarming secondary gets an INT off Goff, but ultimately, it won’t be enough as the Lions will pull out a win at Ford Field.
