NFL Super Bowl LIX Same Game Parlays: Chiefs vs. Eagles (2025)
The Kansas City Chiefs are looking to become the first team in NFL history to three-peat as Super Bowl champs. Meanwhile, the Eagles are looking for their first Super Bowl victory since winning Super Bowl 52 with Nick Foles at quarterback.
There are so many different storylines in this game. But the biggest one of them all is Patrick Mahomes adding to his legacy. Mahomes has won two MVP awards, is a three-time Super Bowl champion and has been named to the Pro Bowl six times before the age of 30. He’s got another chance to win a Super Bowl this weekend, which would give him four. He’s also never missed out an AFC Conference Championship game since starting for the Chiefs.
With this in mind, I’ve created a same-game parlay (SGP) for Sunday’s Super Bowl LIX matchup. Let’s get to it.

Kansas City Chiefs vs. Philadelphia Eagles
- Leg 1: Kansas City Chiefs Moneyline (-114)
- Leg 2: Under 48.5 Points (-110)
- Leg 3: DeAndre Hopkins Over 1.5 Receptions (+126)
The Kansas City Chiefs only lost one game all year when their starters played a full game. Ultimately, the Chiefs won many close games and always found a way in close games. The only loss came against the Bills on the road, which was a two-score game. Meanwhile, the loss to the Broncos came in Week 18 when many starters sat. So we won’t even count that game as a loss.
Many believe the Chiefs get special treatment from the refs. While that’s not true, the same people complaining about it bet against the Chiefs every week. I’ll do the opposite. The Chiefs get better as the season progresses, and Patrick Mahomes always finds a way to sneak by with a win.
That said, this should be a lower-scoring showdown. The Chiefs have allowed fewer than 19 points per game, while the Eagles have allowed 17.63 points per game. Kansas City has been terrific at stopping the run, which will be important when facing Saquon Barkley. Meanwhile, the Eagles are incredibly talented at stopping passing attacks, which will be important against a quarterback like Mahomes.
It’s likely Mahomes and the Chiefs won’t add a ton of big plays down the field. However, that calls for more passing attempts. DeAndre Hopkins has caught at least two receptions in 72% of games this season. He’s also hit this mark in eight of his last 10 games.
Hopkins is a veteran who rarely drops the ball and is made for the spotlight. Mahomes will most certainly look his way. Therefore, let’s take Hopkins to add at least two receptions at +126 odds to close out this Super Bowl LIX same-game parlay.
