Thursdayâs Best NFL Player Prop Bets: Bengals vs. Ravens
(Odds courtesy of DraftKings Sportsbook)
Joe Burrow 3+ Passing Touchdowns (+220)
The Bengals have lacked the presence in the run game Joe Mixon used to fill. That's why the passing game needs to be on point. The good news is that Joe Burrow has played well in most games; he has thrown for over 230 passing yards and two or more touchdowns five times.
One of those was against the Ravens; he tied a career-high with five passing touchdowns and a season-high 392 passing yards in Week 5. The Ravens improved the secondary by trading for Tre'Davious White, but he likely won't play. Even without Tee Higgins, Burrow will be successful against Baltimoreâs secondary.
Mark Andrews Under 43.5 Receiving Yards (-115)
The Ravens have made some moves on both the offense and defense. One of those moves is bringing in Diontae Johnson to bolster their receiving corps.
They've been underperforming with some of their pass-catchers, including their top tight end. Mark Andrews has had a couple of great performances, but he's never been able to string them along, including against the Bengals. It was one of his better performances, with 55 yards on four catches. With Johnson having more practice time, this could further diminish Andrewsâ role.
Lamar Jackson Over 49.5 Rushing Yards (-115)
The last game was back-and-forth, and it took overtime to settle it. Lamar Jacksonâs versatility helped Baltimore win that matchup.
Although his rushing game has diminished with Todd Monken as the offensive coordinator, he's still one of the best mobile quarterbacks in the game. In the last game against Cincinnati, he rushed 12 times for 55 yards. The Bengals have struggled all season against mobile quarterbacks and have allowed the most rushing yards to quarterbacks.
