NFL Thursday Night Football Player Prop Bets: Dolphins vs. Packers (Thanksgiving)

The Packers are one of the best teams in the NFC; the problem is that so are two of their other NFC North counterparts. This could be a scenario where they have one of the best records in the conference but still only have a Wild Card berth to show for it.

Miami is trying to regain its composure after a rough streak when they didn’t have Tua Tagovailoa. They’ve now won three straight.

Let’s look at some players that could have an impact on this game.

Thursday's Best NFL Player Prop Bets: Dolphins vs. Packers

(Odds courtesy of DraftKings Sportsbook)

Tyreek Hill Under 63.5 Receiving Yards (-115)

After a monumental 2023 season with 1,799 receiving yards, Tyreek Hill may struggle to reach 1,000 yards this season, as he currently has 571. There's no longer an excuse for not having Tua Tagovailoa. Since Tagovailoa’s return, Hill has gone above 80 receiving yards in a game just once.

This will be a tough matchup for the Dolphins receiver. The Packers rank 11th in receiving yards allowed per game (206.5) and fifth against wide receivers (128.2). There are a few other receivers more productive for Miami, so they don’t need to rely on Hill.

Jonnu Smith Over 4.5 Receptions (-130)

Tua Tagovailoa isn't airing the ball out. Since returning in Week 8, he's 31st (minimum of 90 plays) in air yards per pass.

This more conservative approach has benefitted Jonnu Smith, who has led the team in targets the last two weeks and found the end zone in each. The Packers have allowed the seventh-most catches to tight ends this season. Smith should continue to be heavily targeted this week.

Josh Jacobs Under 74.5 Rushing Yards (-115)

Josh Jacobs' first season in Green Bay has been spectacular, as he has 1,130 yards from scrimmage and eight touchdowns. He's been putting up some stellar numbers lately, but those have come against some favorable matchups.

Miami has allowed the sixth-lowest yards per carry this season (4.3) and is fourth in rushing success rate (32.0%) over its last three games. Sportsbooks are a little too generous with this line due to his recent performances.
