Thursdayâs Best NFL Player Prop Bets: Packers vs. Lions
(Odds courtesy of DraftKings Sportsbook)
Jordan Love Under 251.5 Passing Yards (-115)
Remember last year when Jordan Love had that massive performance against the Lions that solidified him as the future of the Packers? Do not expect that in this spot.
In their last matchup, Love put up a respectable 273 passing yards, but that was due to facing a large deficit early. This was when the Lions' offense was playing at its peak, but it's fallen off a little, so this matchup should be close enough where the Packers aren't one-dimensional.
This is still an excellent Lions pass defense ranked second in dropback expected points added (EPA).
Josh Jacobs 70+ Rushing Yards (-125)
This is why we should be all in on Josh Jacobs. He isn't getting enough acknowledgment due to Derrick Henry and Saquon Barkleyâs performances, but he's right behind them in rushing yards (987) and is sixth in yards from scrimmage (1,247).
In the last game against Detroit, he went for 95 rushing yards. This was with a negative game script and the Lions ranking fifth in rushing yards allowed per game (93.5). Heâs gone over this mark in five of his last six games.
Amon-Ra St. Brown 70+ Receiving Yards (-105)
It feels like a long time ago in Week 1 when Amon-Ra St. Brown only had three catches for 13 receiving yards. Since then, he's returned to his normal dominant role. He's caught at least six passes in five of his seven last games, including seven against Green Bay last month.
