Thursday's Best NFL Player Prop Bets

(Odds courtesy of DraftKings Sportsbook)

Joe Mixon Over 110.5 Rushing + Receiving Yards (-120)

The Texans took another massive blow to the receiver core as Stefon Diggs' season is over due to a torn ACL. Of the stellar trio Houston had come into the second week, only Tank Dell will be suiting up for the foreseeable future.

Don't be surprised if Mixon becomes a focal part of the offense, as he's one of the more dynamic dual-threat running backs in the league. The Jets have struggled against the ground game as they have allowed the tenth most rushing yards to running backs (812), and this could be a volume play as they allow the sixth most carries to the position.

Nothing is going right for the Jets. The season is all but over, as they are riding a five-game losing streak, which puts them four losses behind the seventh seed.

Davante Adams Under 56.5 Receiving Yards (-105)

The acquisition of Adams was supposed to inject some life into this offense, but it hasn't happened, and the Jets have averaged just 19 points in the two games.

Most importantly, Adams is averaging 41 receiving yards. This is an excellent Texans defense as the pass rush ranks third in pressure rate. We're not going to see Rodgers go through his read progression to get the ball to Adams, and he will have a quiet game.

Aaron Rodgers Over 0.5 Interceptions (-115)

Aaron Rodgers' return to the Jets’ lineup was supposed to push this team to the playoffs, but he might be hurting more than helping. He's 22nd in QBR (50.4) and has gone under 40 in three straight games. Houston is fifth in QBR allowed (80.1) and has eight interceptions (third). Rodgers has six in his last four games.
