Thursday’s Best NFL Same Game Parlay Bets

Leg 1: Game Total Under 42.5

The Total opened up at 36.6, so oddsmakers are expecting a low-scoring game. I am hoping for the same. Both offenses have struggled to score the ball at times, both ranking in the bottom 10 in points per game.

Will Levis looked good in his first career start by throwing four touchdowns. But now there is tape on him, and I expect a bit of regression this week against an underrated Steelers defense.

Leg 2: Derrick Henry 50+ Yards

As mentioned above, Will Levis impressed most of us in his first career start. Levis finished the game going 19/29 with 238 yards and four touchdowns. That was also against a good Falcons defense that ranked eighth against the pass.

Due to the pass rush of the Steelers Dline, the Titans should rely on Derrick Henry if they want any shot at winning tonight. The Steelers’ pass rush is too good to let Levis stand back in the pocket 30+ times; he will get eaten alive.

Pittsburgh has allowed the sixth most rushing yards to opposing running backs. Six out of the seven starting running backs the Steelers have faced eclipsed the 50-yard mark.

Leg 3: George Pickens 50+ Yards

George Pickens had his worst game of the season last week, catching one pass for 22 yards. This is a tremendous buy-low spot for Pickens, as the Titans have allowed the 10th most receiving yards to opposing wide receivers.

The Titans’ defense has allowed an opposing WR to hit 50 or more yards in every game this season. Pickens has the most targets on the roster with 53; the next closest receiver is Allen Robinson with 28.

Leg 4: Titans Team Total Under 16.5

If the Steelers can keep Henry out of the endzone, the Titans will have trouble scoring points. TJ Watt and the rest of the defensive line should have a field day against the rookie quarterback.

The Titans have 17 or more points only three times this year. Two of the teams (Chargers and Colts) rank in the bottom half of the league in defensive EPA/play. Currently, the Steelers sit with the seventh-best defensive EPA/play.
