Thursdayâs Best NFL Touchdown Scorer Prop Bets
(Odds courtesy ofà DraftKings Sportsbook)
Aaron Jones â First Touchdown Scorer (+500)
The Vikings have been a huge surprise this season, and they just suffered their first loss in six games. They're have of the better defenses this season, but the offense under Sam Darnold has been phenomenal.
Bringing in Jones as the featured running back has also helped, as he's averaged 5.2 yards per carry. He's been dealing with a hamstring issue, but that didn't impact him, as he scored his first touchdown since Week 1.
That was also the first touchdown of the game; in fact, both his touchdowns have been first touchdowns. The Rams have allowed six rushing scores this season, and if Minnesota gets to the end zone, they will hand it to Jones.
Jordan Addison â Anytime Touchdown Scorer (+195)
Addison is the second receiver on this team, but he's still a viable option in this offense. Jefferson will be the heavy wager, which gives better value to him.
You also have to like his possible matchup against Darious Williams, who has missed time with an injury and struggled with missed tackles and 66.7% receptions percentage. The matchup advantage could leave Addison a great opportunity to score.
Colby Parkinson â Anytime Touchdown Scorer (+285)
Minnesota has a great defense, but theyâve let the tight ends take advantage of them when given the opportunity. Theyâve allowed a 9.6 yards per catch to the position and two scores.
Parkinson has a heavy route participation at 92.6%, along with six red zone targets. The Vikings will press coverage on Cooper Kupp and Kyren Williams, which could leave Parkinson open in the end zone.
