The Bengals have the highest-paid QB in the NFL now, and heâll open the season with slightly breezy conditions in the Battle of Ohio.

QB Baker Mayfield makes his Buccaneers debut in the Twin Cities, while new starting Vikings RB Alexander Mattison looks to get off to a hot start.

The Titans and Saints battle for southern bragging rights, with Saints QB Derek Carr making his team debut.
San Francisco 49ers (-2.5) at Pittsburgh Steelers, Total 41.5

It could be a slow track in the Steel City with rain and thunderstorms in the forecast. The passing could be limited, with more of a ground-based attack for both squads.

These teams should kick off under cloudy conditions before rain showers roll in for the second half. Things could get hairy with thunderstorms before the game concludes.

Normally, the weather in the Pacific Northwest can be hairy, but the conditions couldnât be any more picture-perfect for this NFC West showdown to open the campaign.

These bitter NFC East rivals open the new campaign in the Meadowlands on âSunday Night Football,â and we could see a deluge at times, which could favor the ground game.

Wind speed: 2-4 MPH
Weather might bother the afternoon commute, but the inclement conditions should pull out in time to provide a dry track for âMonday Night Footballâ and the team debut of Jets QB Aaron Rodgers.
