NFL Week 10 Weather Report: Advice & Predictions (2023)

Week 10 of the 2023 NFL regular season is here, and the league is back at Frankfurt Stadium in Germany for a second consecutive week. Sunday’s action kicks off in Germany between the Indianapolis Colts and New England Patriots at 9:30 a.m. ET.

The Kansas City Chiefs, Los Angeles Rams, Miami Dolphins and Philadelphia Eagles are off in Week 10, and it’s bad news for fantasy football managers, with several big-time studs on the shelf. The good news is that the weather at most venues in Week 10 for those playing will be rather favorable conditions.

Let’s look at the Week 10 weather report.

NFL Week 10 Weather Report: Advice & Predictions (2023)

(All forecasts courtesy of AccuWeather.com)

Indianapolis Colts (-1.5) vs. New England Patriots (Germany), Total 43.5

Forecast: 45 degrees, 50% chance of precipitation

Wind speed: 5-7 MPH

There is a 50-50 chance of showers, especially in the first half, and the weather will be a little on the cool side. The Patriots are likely to feel right at home. The track will be a little slick, but the showers won’t be torrential.

Cleveland Browns at Baltimore Ravens (-6.5), Total 38.5

Forecast: 53 degrees, 0% chance of precipitation

Wind speed: 4-6 MPH

The Browns look for better results than the first meeting when the Ravens pounded them in Cleveland. The weather will be nice, with no precipitation or wind affecting things.

Houston Texans at Cincinnati Bengals (-6.5), Total 47.0

Forecast: 56 degrees, 0% chance of precipitation

Wind speed: 4-6 MPH

The Bengals look to keep things going in the right direction. Texans rookie C.J. Stroud’s return to the state of Ohio when he starred in college. The former Buckeye will have great weather for his visit.

San Francisco 49ers (-3.0) at Jacksonville Jaguars, Total 45.5

Forecast: 68 degrees, 10% chance of precipitation

Wind speed: 10-12 mph

The 49ers make the cross-country trek to face the Jaguars, and the weather will play a factor. While it will be a bit cool by Florida standards, that’s not the issue. This will be one of the windiest venues, and the passing and kicking games could both be affected.

New Orleans Saints (-3.0) at Minnesota Vikings, Total 40.5

Forecast: Indoors

Wind speed: This game is played in a dome.

The Saints and Vikings hook up under controlled environmental conditions. QB Josh Dobbs looks to work his magic in his home debut in the Twin Cities after a miraculous Week 9 finish.

Green Bay Packers at Pittsburgh Steelers (-3.0), Total 38.5

Forecast: 50 degrees, 0% chance of precipitation

Wind speed: 4-6 MPH

The Packers and Steelers are used to inclement weather in November, but the temperatures will be rather balmy in the Steel City, and there will be no precipitation nor much wind, if any.

Tennessee Titans at Tampa Bay Buccaneers (-1.5), Total 38.5

Forecast: 84 degrees, 10% chance of precipitation

Wind speed: 5-7 MPH

There is a slight chance of precipitation in the early part of the game, but nothing that should be much of a problem. If anything, it might be quite steamy, especially for mid-November.

Atlanta Falcons (-1.5) at Arizona Cardinals, Total 43.5

Forecast: Indoors

Wind speed: This game is played in a dome.

The Falcons and Cardinals will be indoors, and the weather won’t be a factor. But there appears to be a 100 percent chance of QB Kyler Murray making his season debut.

Detroit Lions (-3.0) at Los Angeles Chargers, Total 48.5

Forecast: Indoors

Wind speed: This game is played in a dome.

The Lions should have plenty of fans backing them in Southern California for this intra-conference matchup against the Chargers under the roof at SoFi Stadium.

New York Giants at Dallas Cowboys (-17.5), Total 39.5

Forecast: Indoors

Wind speed: This game is played in a dome.

The Giants are set to start rookie QB Tommy Devito, with QBs Daniel Jones and Tyrod Taylor on the shelf. While this game is indoors, Devito will likely be showered with plenty of pressure.

Washington Commanders at Seattle Seahawks (-5.5), Total 44.5

Forecast: 51 degrees, 40% chance of precipitation

Wind speed: 4-6 MPH

The Commanders and Seahawks might be playing in the wettest conditions of Week 10, as there is a good chance of steady rain, which is to be expected in the Pacific Northwest at this time of year.

New York Jets (-1.0) at Las Vegas Raiders, Total 36.5

Forecast: Indoors

Wind speed: This game is played in a dome.

The Jets and Raiders will battle on The Strip under controlled conditions at Allegiant Stadium. Rookie Aidan O’Connell is expected to make his second-straight start.

Denver Broncos at Buffalo Bills (-7.0), Total 46.5

Forecast: 47 degrees, 10% chance of precipitation

Wind speed: 10-13 MPH

The precipitation is expected to pull out in time for kickoff, so don’t expect a maelstrom like the “Monday Night Football” game in Buffalo a few years ago against the Patriots. Still, we will have one of the windiest games of the Week 10 slate.
