NFL Week 11 Confidence Pool Advice, Picks & Predictions (2023)

Last week was one of the only weeks we didn’t even go .500 with our selections.

We’re now sitting in the top 15,000 on ESPN, which is good but not good enough.

Let’s turn things around this weekend. Here are my confidence plays for Week 11.

NFL Confidence Pool Picks

(1) Eagles | Eagles vs. Chiefs

Both teams are coming off a bye. But the Eagles are more balanced this season and are getting more production from both sides of the ball.

(2) Broncos | Vikings vs. Broncos

Denver has quietly played well over the last month. The defense should keep Joshua Dobbs in check and scratch out a win.

(3) Jets | Jets vs. Bills

Zach Wilson isn’t a good quarterback. But Josh Allen’s the guy who turns the ball over more frequently. The team that turns the ball over more will lose. Give me the Jets.

(4) Bengals | Bengals vs. Ravens

Although Tee Higgins won’t be back for the Bengals, Joe Burrow has Ja’Marr Chase, who played very well, even with a back injury, last weekend.

(5) Seahawks | Seahawks vs. Rams

Matthew Stafford should be able to play quarterback for the Rams this weekend. But that still doesn’t move the needle for me. Seattle’s the playoff contender here.

(6) Jaguars | Titans vs. Jaguars

Divisional games can get tricky sometimes. Jacksonville’s winning streak was snapped last week. I think they’ll respond well against the Titans, but not as confident.

(7) Chargers | Chargers vs. Packers

Jordan Love looked the best he’s looked in sometime last weekend. But I need to see it again before I can rely on that Packers offense.

(8) Dolphins | Raiders vs. Dolphins

The Dolphins are typically bad against good teams and good against bad teams. Against a 5-5 Raiders, it’s anyone’s best guess which Dolphins team will arrive. I’ll take the Dolphins, but it won’t be high on the confidence list.

(9) Lions | Bears vs. Lions

It doesn’t matter if Justin Fields is back or not. The Lions are tough to stop offensively.

(10) Commanders | Giants vs. Commanders

The Giants won’t win a game with Tommy DeVito under center. They’re going to tank for a top quarterback.

(11) Cowboys | Cowboys vs. Panthers

If you watched the Cowboys last weekend against the Giants, you’d know you can expect the same game against the Panthers.

(12) Browns | Steelers vs. Browns

The Browns no longer have Deshaun Watson under center. They’ll stick with Dorian Thompson-Robinson for now. While the spread has dipped for the Browns with this change, I still like Cleveland’s defense to do enough in the win.

(13) Texans | Cardinals vs. Texans

The Cardinals defeated the Falcons with Kyler Murray back on the field. It’s exciting, but don’t get too excited. The Cardinals don’t match up well against the Texans, who are one of the league’s most well-rounded teams now.

(14) 49ers | Buccaneers vs. 49ers

The bye week helped the 49ers get back on track. San Francisco is still one of the best teams in the NFL.
