NFL Week 12 Odds, Picks & Predictions: Bears vs Jets
Mike White is starting for the Jets on Sunday, and Joe Flacco will be his backup. White drew the start in three games last season, which developed into two losses and a four-to-six TD-interception ratio. On the other side of the ball, Justin Fields says he has a separated shoulder but remains questionable. Trevor Siemian will likely draw the start if Fields misses. The Bears will be facing a tough defense that allows 4.8 yards per play, which is fifth in the league.
The Bears are not good at defending the run; they have allowed 18 rushing TDs this season and 4.7 yards per rush attempt. They only allow 196.8 passing yards per game but give up 11 yards per completion. With a new quarterback, the Jets will likely try to establish the run, which is possible against Chicago.
