NFL Week 12 Odds, Picks & Predictions: Buccaneers vs Browns
The Browns' greatest weakness is also Tampa Bay's: the Run Game. Cleveland's defense has been gashed all year on the ground, and fortunate for them, Tampa Bay stinks at running the ball. Further, RB Leonard Fournette may miss this game due to injury, and while rookie Rachaad White has been promising, it has yet to be seen if he can carry the full workload. Tampa's inefficiencies in the run game should be viewed as an overwhelming advantage for the Browns, and aid in their chances of keeping the game close.
Additionally, the line itself may have skewed Tampa's direction without reason. These two teams have played four common opponents. Against these opponents, Tampa is 0-4 ATS, whereas the Browns have played these games 3-1 ATS. Oddsmakers have had an overconfidence in Tampa all season, and they continue to do so in this game.
