NFL Week 12 Odds, Picks & Predictions: Falcons vs Commanders
Since the insertion of Taylor Heinicke into the lineup, Washington is 5-0-1 ATS, and 5-1 SU. The streak has been thrilling, but the party has to end sometime. This spread has ballooned to WAS -4.5 due to the team's success over the past month, and while the admiration is warranted, the streak has been fortunate to a degree. Despite his record, Taylor Heinicke is not a good quarterback, and he doesn't do anything to elevate this offense. Atlanta will have opportunities to take advantage of Washington's mistakes, and this should be contentious throughout. Further, Washington has a history of failing to meet expectations, and a recently pathetic home field advantage. This game shouldn't be more than a field goal spreadâ have to bet Atlanta in this spot.
