NFL Week 13 Confidence Pool Advice, Picks & Predictions (2023)

Although we added 11 wins in 16 games last weekend, the Vikings and Chiefs fell as high-confidence picks. That didnâ€™t help our case.

Still, on ESPN, weâ€™ve gone 113-67 and ranked in the top 16,000 of over 1,000,000 entries. Iâ€™d still love to finish higher than that.

Here are my confidence selections for Week 13.

NFL Confidence Pool Picks

(1) Jets | Jets vs. Falcons

The Jets donâ€™t have much of an offense. But neither will the Falcons against this New York defense. At home, Iâ€™ll take the Jets with my least confident selection.

(2) Broncos | Broncos vs. Texans

I donâ€™t want to pick against the Broncos. Still, I like Houston to bounce back at home against Denver.

(3) Titans | Colts vs. Titans

I know the Colts are in playoff contention. But theyâ€™ll struggle on the road against the Titans this weekend.

(4) 49ers | 49ers vs. Eagles

More people are taking the Eagles at home. However, the 49ers are currently favorites and look like the best team in the NFL after the bye week. This should be an exciting matchup!

(5) Rams | Rams vs. Browns

The Browns no longer have Deshaun Watson, and now theyâ€™ll likely be playing without Myles Garrett for the next few weeks. At 7-4, the Browns might not even make the playoffs anymore.

(6) Steelers | Cardinals vs. Steelers

After firing Matt Canada, the Steelers earned over 400 yards of offense against the Bengals. They can do the same against Arizonaâ€™s defense.

(7) Lions | Lions vs. Saints

The Saints should be better than theyâ€™ve been this year. However, the Lions are playing at an extremely high level, with eight wins in 11 games. I think the Lions will take that momentum and defeat the Saints on Sunday.

(8) Buccaneers | Panthers vs. Buccaneers

Carolina fired a bunch of staff members and coaches. Itâ€™s a dumpster fire in Carolina. Tampa Bay better find a way to win against a one-win Panthers team at home.

(9) Jaguars | Bengals vs. Jaguars

The Bengals are way worse, with Jake Browning at quarterback. The defense is already one of the worst in the NFL. Add Browning at quarterback, and the Bengals ultimately look like a bottom-ten team in the NFL.

(10) Chargers | Chargers vs. Patriots

Yes, the Patriots abysmal offense can make the Chargersâ€™ defense look elite.

(11) Cowboys | Seahawks vs. Cowboys

Itâ€™s almost impossible to defeat the Dallas Cowboys when the Cowboys are home.

(12) Dolphins | Dolphins vs. Commanders

Miamiâ€™s defense has excelled over the last month since Jalen Ramsey returned to the field.

(13) Chiefs | Chiefs vs. Packers

Kansas Cityâ€™s offense finally started to play at a high level last week against the Raiders. With Green Bay shorthanded offensively, I like the Chiefs to earn an easy victory on Sunday night.
