The Eagles have secured a playoff spot. They have a 99% chance to make the playoffs, even with a loss this week. The Ravens also have a 99% chance to make the playoffs, but it drops to 97% with a loss this week. Both teams are in a great spot, but a win this week would give either team a confidence boost heading into the final quarter of the schedule.
The Eagles rolled over the Rams on Sunday Night Football last week. Saquon Barkley set a franchise record with 255 rushing yards and scored twice while adding four receptions for 47 yards. Wide receiver DeVonta Smith (hamstring) was limited on Thursday and is questionable. He has a real chance to miss this game with the lingering hamstring injury. Cornerback Darius Slay (concussion) is not on track to return this week. Cornerback Kelee Ringo (calf) logged a limited practice on Thursday and is the only other player on the injury report.
The Ravens started slow on Monday Night Football against the Chargers but won 30-23. It was not as close as it seemed because the Chargers scored a touchdown with 46 seconds remaining in the game. Linebacker Kyle Van Noy (hamstring/neck) has not participated in practice this week, while Roquan Smith (hamstring) has been limited. Defensive tackles Travis Jones (ankle) and Broderick Washington (knee/rest) did not participate on Thursday.

Eagles vs. Ravens Betting Preview
(Odds via FanDuel Sportsbook)
Which Running Back Will Be the Difference Maker?
Derrick Henry and Saquon Barkley are having tremendous seasons for their respective new teams. Barkley is averaging 126.5 rushing yards per game and leads the league in rushing. He has 12 runs of 20+ yards and has scored 10 rushing touchdowns and two through the air. The Eagles average 193.4 rushing yards per game, which leads the league. The Ravens are right behind them at 180.2 rushing yards per game.
Henry's incredible season has been slightly overshadowed by Barkley's. Henry is averaging 110.4 rushing yards per game and leads the league with 13 rushing touchdowns. He also has two scores through the air. Henry has the better matchup this week, but not by much. The Ravens have held teams to 77.9 rushing yards per game, but that is because they are so easy to throw on. The Eagles allow 99.2 rushing yards per game.
Both backs can have great games, but Barkley might impact the game more through the air. The Ravens allow the fourth-most receiving yards (45.5) to running backs this season. Barkley has hit that number in his past two games and should do it again in this Week 13 matchup.
Which Defense Will Create Turnovers?
The Eagles have a turnover differential of +3. The Ravens have a +2 turnover differential. Both quarterbacks have taken care of the ball this season. Lamar Jackson has 30 total touchdowns and only three interceptions. Jalen Hurts has 24 total touchdowns and five interceptions.
These defenses may have to force a fumble to create opportunities for their teams. The Ravens' secondary has to play better to beat the Eagles because Barkley will produce no matter what. I do not expect that to happen based on their performance all season. The Eagles' defense has been making more plays, which should be the difference.
Pick: Eagles +3 (-118)
