Best NFL Week 16 Anytime TD Scorer Prop Bets

Indianapolis Colts at Atlanta Falcons

  • Drake London
  • Anytime TD Odds: +210 BetMGM

The Falcons are turning back to veteran QB Taylor Heinicke for the rest of the season. London missed Week 9, which was the one full game Heinicke played in this year. London’s season has been up and down but playing at home has led to production. In his last four home games, London is averaging 116.5 yards/game. The Colts have allowed four TD’s to WR’s over their last four games.

Green Bay Packers at Carolina Panthers

  • Aaron Jones
  • Anytime TD Odds: +170 PointsBet

From a touch standpoint, Jones was not limited in his return from injury last week against Tampa Bay. He handled 17 touches, which is tied for the second most he has had all year. The usage was encouraging considering he was eased back into action from injury earlier in the season. The absence of A.J. Dillion likely contributed to the immediate workload. Regardless, there should no worry this week in a good matchup against the Panthers. The Panthers defense has been one to attack with RB’s this season. They are tied with the Cardinals for the most total TD’s (21) allowed to RB’s this season, four clear of the next closest team.

Arizona Cardinals at Chicago Bears

  • Roschon Johnson
  • Anytime TD Odds: +310 FanDuel

The Bears backfield has been difficult to project when all three RB’s have been healthy this season. You add in the running ability of Justin Fields and it is hard to trust any RB to score. That said, the Bears moved away from D’Onta Foreman, who lead the backfield in Week 14, in slight favor of Roschon Johnson in Week 15. With the season now lost, the Bears need to figure out if Johnson can handle lead back duties next year. He was the clear passing down back last week, seeing 6 of the 7 RB targets from Fields. The Cardinals have allowed the most receiving TD’s (8) in the NFL to RB’s, three more than the next closest teams.

Cleveland Browns at Houston Texans

  • Jerome Ford
  • Anytime TD Odds: +175 Caesars

It looks like breakout rookie QB C.J. Stroud will miss another game due to a concussion this week. The Browns are 2.5-point favorites, so it may be a chance to get the run game going after only rushing for 30 yards last week against the Bears. All three RB’s have been involved, but Ford has seen the majority of the touches (14.5/game) over the last two weeks. The Texans have played great run defense as of late. They have not allowed a rushing TD on the ground over the last four weeks but they have allowed a league high 6.5 catches/game to RB’s during that same stretch. Ford has consistently been involved in the Browns passing attack, seeing no less than 5 targets in four of his last five games.

Dallas Cowboys at Miami Dolphins

  • Jaylen Waddle
  • Anytime TD Odds: +155 BetMGM

Waddle has been a consistent target in the Dolphins offense this year but the TD’s have been hard to come by. With Tyreek out last week, Waddle was able to take advantage and score for the first time since Week 8. He has not seen less than 8 targets in the last five games and that should not change this week in what could be a potential shootout. The total sits at 50 points, so we should see plenty of TD’s. Waddle has longer odds to score than the other key playmakers in this game, but he should have plenty of opportunity to score for the second game in a row.

Detroit Lions at Minnesota Vikings

  • T.J. Hockenson
  • Anytime TD Odds: +190 Caesars

Hockenson had a quiet game from a production standpoint in Mullens’ first start in Cincinnati last week. He was still second on the team in targets (7), trailing only Justin Jefferson. The Lions have moved onto stud rookie TE Sam Laporta this year, but Hockenson has a chance to remind Detroit what they traded away. Mullens threw at the Vikings’ TE on 25% of his first reads, so we can expect Hockenson to be heavily involved in a high total (47) game.

Washington Commanders at New York Jets

  • Breece Hall
  • Anytime TD Odds: +150 Caesars

With the Jets 3-point favorites at home, Hall and the Jets’ offense should have an opportunity to lean on the run game. This will likely be the game plan given the uncertainty surround the QB position. The dynamic RB has not scored a rushing TD since Week 6, although he does have three receiving TD’s during that span. The usage has been sporadic recently, having only 7 touches last week. Hall should get back to the 18.5 he was averaging the prior two weeks and will have a good chance to score against a Commanders defense that has surrendered the most TD’s to RB’s over the last five weeks.

Jacksonville Jaguars at Tampa Bay Buccaneers

  • Rachaad White
  • Anytime TD Odds: -110 PointsBet

White’s workload continues to be among the best in the league. He handled another 23 touches last week and found the end zone for the third straight game. That brings his total to 8 on the season, with 7 of the 8 occurring over the last 7 weeks. That is tied with CMC for the most TD’s in the league during that span among RB’s. The Bucs are favored by 2-points at home in a pivotal matchup to stay atop the NFC South. The Jags will likely have to play this week without starting QB Trevor Lawrence, so the Bucs should have a chance to control the game.

Seattle Seahawks at Tennessee Titans

  • DK Metcalf
  • Anytime TD Odds: +165 FanDuel

QB Geno Smith is set to return from a two game absence and that should help the outlook for Metcalf. The last time Smith and Metcalf played together, they connected for three TD’s in Dallas. The Seahawks come in with momentum as well after a last minute come from behind win against the Eagles. Metcalf made some big catches on the last drive and should be a focal point for the offense again against a bottom ranked Titans pass defense. The Titans have allowed the second most catches and fifth most receiving yards to WR’s this season.
