NFL Week 16 Confidence Pool Picks & Predictions (2024)

We’ve been stuck at around the 83 percentile over the last few weeks.

For transparency, we’re 144-80 and rank 16,250 via ESPN. We’ve also added 1290 confidence points this season. It’s been a solid season, and if you’re playing with friends and family and have been following along, you’re likely near the top.

Let’s keep it that way with the Week 16 confidence picks.

NFL Confidence Pool Picks

(1) Titans | Titans vs. Colts

A change at quarterback for the Titans is necessary. Mason Rudolphin should do enough to help the Titans escape an overrated Colts team on the road.

(2) Jets | Rams vs. Jets

Remember when the Jets took care of business against the Rams in 2020, earning a 23-20 win to end a winless streak? This game isn’t quite the same, but I’ll take a chance with a Jets upset at home.

(3) Panthers | Cardinals vs. Panthers

The Panthers are in a great position to play spoiler at home against the Cardinals this week. Carolina has been competitive enough to pull out a random win, which could be the game.

(4) Raiders | Jaguars vs. Raiders

Assuming Aidan O’Connell is back, I’ll ride with the Raiders to get the win. This would hilariously push the Giants to that first-overall pick.

(5) Vikings | Vikings vs. Seahawks

The Seahawks no longer have much home-field advantage. Just last week, the Packers scored 30 points against Seattle, and the fanbase was pretty quiet.

(6) Chargers | Broncos vs. Chargers

The Los Angeles Chargers have lost three of their last four games. However, a home matchup against the Broncos means it will be a low-scoring game, so I’ll take the home team.

(7) Chiefs | Texans vs. Chiefs

Whether Patrick Mahomes or Carson Wentz plays quarterback, the Chiefs will likely escape with a one-score win.

(8) Ravens | Steelers vs. Ravens

The Ravens are feeling good after a 35-14 win over the Giants last week. They’ll take that momentum with them in a divisional matchup against the Steelers.

(9) Eagles | Eagles vs. Commanders

The Eagles will likely win each game on their remaining schedule.

(10) 49ers | 49ers vs. Dolphins

I know the 49ers aren’t a “playoff” team this year. But these are the exact games the Dolphins lose every year.

(11) Falcons | Giants vs. Falcons

Michael Penix Jr. will get the start at quarterback for the Falcons. It’s why I don’t have the Falcons at 14, 15, or 16. Still, Atlanta’s defense played incredibly well last week. That should carry over. Let’s see what Penix is made of.

(12) Buccaneers | Buccaneers vs. Cowboys

Tampa Bay is on a four-game winning streak. The Cowboys won’t stop it.

(13) Bengals | Bengals vs. Browns

Cincinnati has won two consecutive games. It’s just a little too late. But look for the Bengals to at least finish the season on a high note. After all, the Browns have benched Jameis Winston for Dorian Thompson-Robinson.

(14) Packers | Saints vs. Packers

Green Bay wins under Matt LaFleur. It’s simple.

(15) Lions | Lions vs. Bears

The Lions almost lost to the Bears earlier this year and just took a beating from the Lions. Look for them to bounce back on the road against a helpless Chicago team.

(16) Bills | Patriots vs. Bills

The Patriots’ offense can’t keep up with Buffalo’s offense.
