NFL Week 18 Anytime Touchdown Scorer Prop Odds, Picks & Predictions (2022)

Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Atlanta Falcons

  • Drake London
  • Anytime TD Odds: +135 DraftKings

London has averaged just over nine targets per game since rookie QB Desmond Ridder took over in Week 15. He has yet to score during that three-game span, but he is the clear top target. London has also seen seven red zone targets from Ridder, which is the seventh most in the NFL during that stretch. The Bucs have nothing to play for in the final game of the regular season, as they are locked into the #4 seed in the NFC. Even if the starters play the whole game, the Bucs’ secondary has allowed six TDs to WRs over the last four games (Tied for second most in NFL).

Houston Texans at Indianapolis Colts

  • Sam Ehlinger
  • Anytime TD Odds: +410 FanDuel

Ehlinger rushed 11 times for 54 yards in his two starts earlier this season. During his four seasons at the University of Texas, Ehlinger ran for over 2,400 yards and had 33 TDs on the ground. This game features two bad teams and currently has the lowest total (38.0) on the week. With the lack of playmakers on both sides of the ball, I’m willing to take a chance on the second-year QB running one in at long odds.

Los Angeles Chargers at Denver Broncos

  • Courtland Sutton
  • Anytime TD Odds: +150 DraftKings

Sutton returned from a two-game absence in Week 16 and has been the second option behind Jeudy during that time. He still leads the team in red zone targets (25) but only has one TD to show for it this season. The Chargers are another team who may not have anything to play for if the Ravens lose against the Bengals prior to their matchup on Sunday. That said, Russell Wilson and the Broncos have had an extremely disappointing season, but I expect the starters to play the full game to try and salvage some momentum heading into an interesting offseason.

Minnesota Vikings at Chicago Bears

  • Alexander Mattison
  • Anytime TD Odds: +195 BetRivers

The Vikings don’t have much to play for in this matchup as they can’t fall past the #3 seed in the NFC. They do still have a small chance at the #2 seed if the heavily-favorited 49ers lose, but I don’t expect Dalvin Cook to get a full workload either way due to the matchup. The Bears have already ruled out Justin Fields and have no incentive to try and win this game due to draft position. Since Week 10, the Bears have allowed the most rushing yards (172.4) and most rushing TDs (14) in the league. Last week, Mattison saw the most rushing attempts (8) since Week 5. Even if Cook is involved early on in the game, we just saw the Bears allow D’Andre Swift and Jamaal Williams to each score and run for over 200 yards combined.

Baltimore Ravens at Cincinnati Bengals

  • Joe Mixon
  • Anytime TD Odds: +117 BetRivers

Mixon has been conceding snaps to Samaje Perine but his workload has still been high in his return from injury in Week 14. Since his return, he has averaged 19.3 opportunities per game and has had 11 opportunities in the red zone. Perine has had five during that span, so we can bank on Mixon continuing to get the majority of the high-value touches. The Ravens are a tough matchup, but Mixon should have plenty of opportunity to find the end zone this week.

New England Patriots at Buffalo Bills

  • Stefon Diggs
  • Anytime TD Odds: +115 FanDuel

The last time Diggs scored was against the Patriots in Week 13. That turns out to be his last good game in the box score as well. Josh Allen has targeted Diggs in the end zone 17 times this season, which is the most for any player in the league outside of D.K. Metcalf. Diggs should be able to get back on track this week against the Patriots, who have allowed the second most TDs to WRs since Week 12.

Arizona Cardinals at San Francisco 49ers

  • Christian McCaffrey
  • Anytime TD Odds: -150 FanDuel

The 49ers still have a chance for the #1 seed if the Eagles lose to the Giants on Sunday. Should the Eagles pull away from the Giants, I would not expect McCaffrey to get 25 touches as he did last week. Regardless, the Cardinals’ defense has allowed the fourth most rushing TDs to RBs this season. McCaffrey should be able to extend his TD streak to six games this week.

New York Jets at Miami Dolphins

  • Jeff Wilson Jr.
  • Anytime TD Odds: +175 BetRivers

The Dolphins will be forced to start third-string rookie QB Skylar Thompson in a must-win game against the Jets. The game plan will likely revolve around Jeff Wilson and Raheem Mostert this week. Wilson played the majority of the snaps and out-carried Mostert  15-9 last week. Both RBs will be involved, but I will side with Wilson in this matchup. Wilson has scored a TD in four of the seven games he has played for the Dolphins this season.

Carolina Panthers at New Orleans Saints

  • Chris Olave
  • Anytime TD Odds: +180 FanDuel

Olave caught four passes in his return from a hamstring injury. With both teams out of contention, I expect the Saints to get the rookie first-round pick involved in the season finale. Olave has five games where he has received nine or more targets this season. Injuries have cost Olave a chance at rookie of the year, but it has still be a great first season for the Ohio State product. He should be able to cap it off with a TD this week against the Panthers, who just gave up over 200 yards and three TDs to Mike Evans last week.

New York Giants at Philadelphia Eagles

  • Dallas Goedert
  • Anytime TD Odds: +200 FanDuel

With the #1 seed in the NFC up for grabs, QB Jalen Hurts is trending towards playing this week for the Eagles. That would be good news for Dallas Goedert, who has not played a game with Hurts since Week 10. He scored a TD in back-to-back games prior to the shoulder injury that landed him on IR. The connection with Hurts should pick up where it left off in a game the Eagles are favored to win by two TDs.

Cleveland Browns at Pittsburgh Steelers

  • Diontae Johnson
  • Anytime TD Odds: +190 FanDuel

It has been well documented that Diontae Johnson has yet to score a TD this season after having 15 TDs combined the prior two seasons. The Steelers need some help to make the playoffs but they are in a must-win situation as well. Johnson has seen no fewer than seven targets in each of the last six games. In that span, he leads the team in end zone targets (4). The volume has been there all season and I think this is the week that Johnson ends the drought.

Los Angeles Rams at Seattle Seahawks

  • Kenneth Walker
  • Anytime TD Odds: -135 FanDuel

Walker has not practiced this week as of Thursday. The Seahawks desperately need the rookie of the year candidate to play this week to keep their playoff chances alive. The hope is that the time off is more to do with maintenance after logging 49 carries in the last two weeks. We should expect a similar volume against an Aaron Donald-less Rams defensive front. The Rams have allowed five rushing TDs to RBs (tied for third-most in NFL) since Aaron Donald was shut down for the year in Week 13.

Dallas Cowboys at Washington Commanders

  • Tony Pollard
  • Anytime TD Odds: +115 DraftKings

After missing the Week 17 matchup against the Titans, Pollard has logged back-to-back full practices as of Thursday. He should be full-go in a game the Cowboys need to win to have a chance at the #1 or #2 seed in the NFC. Prior to Pollard’s injury, he had scored 10 TDs in his last eight games. The Cowboys have utilized him on the ground and through the air since their Week 9 bye. He leads the team with 19.7 opportunities during that span. The Commanders were eliminated from playoff contention last week and do not have anything to play for.
